UPDATED: The Company has really tried hard to make this right and has gone above and beyond. Since this order i have placed a second order for a suit and it came fast with no issues It seems they fixed the supply chain issues. As to the product, I have worn the suits a lot actually. More than I realized before I started to write this. In fact I had the sports jacket on today and I have it hung to wear tomorrow. They not not bad. There was a redesign for better or worse with version 2. Personally I liked the version 1 sleeves that can be buttoned which was taken away. Second my version 2 pants lost a button due to some loose stitching which I called before it happened. That said the suits have literally gone with me across the country and the world even into war zones and I have pulled them out no irons and they look fine. I have worn them in front of media and to high level government affairs and nothing but compliments. If that means anything for styling. I appreciate the company's follow up to make things right and hope they continue to improve in the future __________________ Old: Three times have I had to have my order sent and still it is not right. Each time you have to pay to send the order back to they upward of $20+ and hope you get refunded. They ask that you make the return as samples so to I don't even know. To this day they have my money I have asked for a refund and they still have not sent the right suit. They literally keep sending black sports pants I guess no one is buying those and they are trying to get rid of them. Now I am still out Over $300 and do not have a suit and have to go to my bank to get this resolved. Don't do business with this company its not worth it and I have not even started on the quality. They refuse to respond to emails calls anything. It's ridiculous.

Good material and customer service. Thank you. The cutting of the pants didn't work for me, especially the elastic waistband that makes them look a bit too much like a pair of sweat pants and I don't feel that they belong with a well made suit jacket! Good try though and I look forward to a 2.0 with some style updates!

Not sure what to say other then this is my third xSuit. I love the material, the fit just everything. You order and you have your suit in less than 5 days.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when they didn't send over my suit the first time (they mentioned they were out of stock, so refunded me). The second time around the suit came in the mail, but I was not a fan of the way it fit, so put in a for a return. It took nearly a week to get approved for the return, but they are trying to make me pay for the return shipping, when their website and terms clearly state that there are free returns. From my experience the customer service is terrible, and the product is not at nice as the pictures make it out to be

If you get your order right the first time, then it may be great. But if you need farther support such as exchange? It takes more than a month to process. And that is if you write multiple email to support to look into it. They don’t even tell you what happened, you only get an automatic reply and maybe a notification email a few days later if an action was taken place.

Love this jacket. Clean design. Fits an athletic build.

Wrong suit color, wrong size when delivered. Just all wrong!!!!! Horrible experience!
