This is an upstart eyewear distribution platform. Choices felt like they were a channel for excess inventory that never sold at a main street optometrist.

The glasses look great, but unfortunately, the lenses are incorrect. My optometrist tested them during my annual exam today and confirmed the prescription doesn't match what I ordered. I've contacted support to get this fixed. The order is outside of their 30 day return/exchange window. I am still waiting for their response. -- updated on 06/10/2026 They responded: no return no exchange b/c 30 day window, and they can do nothing
