Glasses literally fell apart in one week.

My glasses came in the wrong size and number. Then they never got shipped back to me.

We are sorry to hear about the issues with your order. We did not receive an updated copy of your prescription, but still fulfilled your order. Our records show your glasses were delivered in April, but we understand you reached out about never receiving them in August. Please be sure to upload your updated prescription for future orders.

You know what's great about XP Health? Nothing. They have known issues with their website that impact orders, their ordering process is poorly communicated and clunky, their customer service appears to use AI to condescendingly correct their customers, and when you tell them you want to be left alone because they suck, they continue to send you email.

We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your candid feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with our website, ordering process, and customer service interactions. We are actively looking into these issues to improve our systems and communication.

There was basically no discount from this site. I could have paid full price for a box and only spend $6 more and then I wouldn't have had to deal with the hassle of ordering the contact from this site. Totally disappointed.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the pricing and ordering process. We understand your disappointment with the perceived lack of discount and the hassle you experienced. We are always working to improve our customer experience.

This is by far the worst vision insurance I have ever had and I’m pay for it. The coverage is abysmal. The quality is poor. I have never had to pay this much to be able to see because this insurance and platform does nothing.

We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. We understand your frustration regarding the costs you've incurred. We do not have a record of you placing an order on our store. A member from our team has reached out, and hopefully we can figure out what went wrong.

This is the worst insurance I have seen so much so that I simply won't renew my eye care insurance if my company retains XP Health in 2027, I hope they don't.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. Our team previously reached out regarding the optimization of your lenses, and we have not received a response. We'd love to make this right for you.

App on site would not work for measurement of eyes, took over three weeks to get a "kit" to do it at home, then took another 4 to 6 six weeks to get my glasses.. even after speaking with customer service. Not likely to use this service again..
Response from XP HealthAug 4, 2026
We appreciate you sharing your experience. We are concerned to hear about the difficulties you encountered with our measurement tools, and we understand how frustrating the wait for your kit and glasses must have been. Your order required a lined bifocal optimization, and the kit exchange added significant time to your timeline — we recognize that fell well short of what you should expect from us. As part of our service recovery, we added complimentary expedited shipping to your order. We are always working to provide a better experience, and hope to win back your trust.

No one knows what they are talking about you call and one person tells you 1 thing and then you call and another says the complete opposite. This has happened every time I have had an interaction and now I just don't call or reach out. I hope my company switches again next year.

We are sorry to hear about the inconsistent information you received and understand how frustrating this must be. We reviewed our support history and do not have a record of you contacting our team directly. We'd be happy to reach out to help clear things up.
