I’ve had a great experience with XP Health, especially when it comes to their customer service. The team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely takes the time to understand and resolve any questions or concerns. Good for an online-only glasses experience
The eye doctor I saw through their network was excellent. There were a few frame options I liked. I did a trial order with five sets and allowed XPHealth to pick the other two. They didn't include ones that looked at all like my picks. That was disappointing. The ordering process was okay, but there was a miscommunication that delayed my glasses. There are no in-person ways to work with this company and still use your benefits. Ultimately I ended up with nice glasses for a good price, so I'm not unhappy. I'm on the fence about selecting XPHealth again at benefits time. They are less pricey and overall the customer service was good.

Great glasses,
The selection, price, and quality of the frames offered is a lot better than I expected. I ordered 2 different pairs of glasses, a pair to wear daily plus a pair of prescription sunglasses for driving, and I'm impressed with both. My only struggle was getting them delivered in the expected time frame of 2 weeks. Instead, even with rush shipping, mine arrived around 4 weeks after ordering. I would still recommend their services though.

Big fan of XP!
XP is great! Love their selection and customer support. I wanted to replace my order with different sunglasses because the original pair didn't fit well and the process was super easy.

I gave a 4 star rating only because of the time it took to receive my glasses. But the customer service and the selection and quality of my glasses is excellent. If I could give a 4.99999 starts I would.

XP's customer service is excellent.
XP's customer service is excellent. When I had questions or needed help on the website, they were very patient and walked me through everything and very responsive to email as well.

the selection is decent and good…
the selection is decent and good pricing, however, not all features work with all glasses, for example, home try-on plus it's an additional charge. It took several tries to get the virtual try on to work and after doing my digital scan, I did not hear back then found out later it did not work even after doing a second scan.
