My mother bought this for me thinking that it would help with my design work. Although she purchased it in December 2020, she had health issues arise & forgot to give it to me. Four years later, when she moved, she found it and gave it to me. I did everything that the manual stated to do for the installation process, four times. Each time failed as the pointer would not move on the screen, like the mouse does. My advice is to not even attempt to buy it as it would be a waste of one's money. Support could not offer any help. (So why are they called 'support' then?) It went into the trash after telling my mom about the issues. She agreed to trash it. Model: Star G640

Le SAV est inexistant L'achat sur le site a été très facile. Le problème est que le colis n'est jamais arrivé chez moi. J'ai pris contact avec XP PEN qui m'a renvoyé vers le livreur Amazon Logistique en l'occurance. Le livreur lui me répond que je dois règler ça avec XP PEN, bref ça tourne en rond. Sur le site de tracking swishop le statut du colis n'a pas évolué et il est arrété a la date du 25 janvier, aucune info. Où est le colis, perdu, sur la mauvaise destination peut il être retrouvé et livré même avec du retard... Impossible d'avoir une info fiable, après plusieurs relances le SAV XP PEN ne prends même plus la peine de me répondre. Jai tout de même payé 600€ pour un produit, le minimum serai de faire en sorte de débloquer la situation et de me tenir informé.

Bonjour, J'ai effectué un achat d'une tablette XP-PEN (Artist 13 2nd Gen) le 20 décembre 2023. Je n'ai, actuellement, toujours pas reçu ma commande. J'ai contacté le SAV en date du 13 janvier 2024. Le 15 janvier 2024, je reçois une réponse, m'informant qu'ils avaient prit contact avec le transporteur et qu'ils attendaient une réponse de leur part. Ils m'expliquent aussi qu'il ce peut que le colis se soit perdu, pour des raisons "logistiques". On me demande, dès lors de remplir une attestation sur l'honneur de non-réception rédigée à la main, accompagnée d'une copie de ma pièce d'identité (s'il s'avère que le colis est perdu, information que je n'ai toujours pas...). J'ai renvoyé un mail le 24 janvier 2024 demandant si la situation avait bougé et si le transporteur avait répondu à leur mail. J'indiquais également que l'idée de leur adresser une copie de ma carte d'identité ne me rassurais pas. Aujourd'hui (29 janvier 2024), je n'ai toujours pas de réponse, et je reste sans ma commande, sans remboursement, sans même une ébauche de solutions! Je suis très déçu du SAV XP-PEN. Et, il est clair que je ne recommanderais certainement pas leur service ! Bruno

Ordered product. Arrived damaged, was asked to send it back and pay postage. Tracked and arrived, lost apparently in warehouse. Still waiting for refund, even though it arrived. No response to emails. Awaiting court proceeding

On m'a offert une tablette pour Noël et j'ai commandé mes protections chez eux. Premier problème : le produit que l'on peut commander MAIS en fait réservé en cadeau dans certains pack - alors que l'article a un prix et qu'il n'y a aucun souci à le commander seul - ce qui m'a bloqué la commande pendant 1 semaine, jusqu'à ce que je les contacte (je pense que sans démarche de ma part, je pouvais m'asseoir sur la totalité de ma commande) 2nd problème : des temps d'expédition très longs et même un numéro de suivi qui disparaît comme si l'envoi avait été annulé Bref, au final plusieurs semaines d'attente et une tablette que je n'ose toujours pas utiliser car rien pour la protéger ...

En la publicidad del producto no te especifican que deben estar conectados a un PC por tres cables a la vez. Además la pantalla no tiene calidad y no refleja lo mismo que se ve en el monitor del PC. Para colmo, si no te quieres quedar con el producto, a pesar de que te lo envían desde España te castigan teniendo que hacer la devolución a Francia para que el coste de devolución sea mayor. No merece la pena ni por calidad de producto ni por servicio post venta. Nada recomendable.

I ordered a drawing tablet and glove for my son and received 2 cheap fishing reels! The tracking number on my confirmation email matched the fishing reel parcel and I sent them photos of everything but they had to investigate. After a week of back and fourth emails and a dispute lodged with PayPal the admitted fault and said they would send me the items I actually ordered or I can request a refund. I could only receive the items IF I removed the dispute with PayPal. I questioned why I would remove a still valid dispute when I don’t have either the items or a refund and they said the system wouldn’t allow another to be sent if the dispute was active. If this is the service you receive before you get what you ordered and paid for I would hate to see what happens if there is an issue with the items once received. I obviously have now ordered elsewhere and am awaiting a refund through my now escalated PayPal dispute. I will never order from XP pen again and I would strongly recommend to anyone to shop elsewhere!

I'm a person that solely buys online, from clothes to decoration to eletronics. Bought an artist 12 (2nd gen) from Xp-pen. It came deffective, I followed the whole user guide and as I wasn't satisfied with the quality I contacted them via e-mail saying I wanted a refund(money back), we switched e-mails for a whole week, its noteworthy to say that they claim the support to be portuguese but the messages I received looked like they came from the google translate and most of it I couldn't even understand. They always tried to fix the problem but it still didn't work. Each e-mail I sent I said I wanted my money back. In their last e-mail they just said they would give me a new one, I declined saying I wanted my money back and they haven't responded since. I've probably shopped in over 200 brands online and this is BY FAR the worst costumer support ever.
