I bought a stylus. Delivery time 7-14 days. 7 days later received an email saying they dont have it, and will refund. Back and forth for over the week - still saying refund not processed as they are busy. Followed up - another week until they will be able to process refund. Went to the point where I just disputed payment through my bank, as they kept saying they are too busy to refund.

Ayant acheter la xppen pro 16 j'ai donc voulu l'essayer ce qui me parait logique, tout marche bien les 2 premiers mois, puis au bout d'un certain moment (même pas un an) le stylet et toujours bloqué a un seul et même endroit, je le bouge mais sur l'écran rien, j'ai tout essayer, la réintilisation, j'ai toucher a tout les paramétres, j'ai essayer chaque driver mais rien, le stylet bouge seulement sans les drivers xppen et donc je ne peut pas profiter des différentes pressions, inclinaisons ni même les boutons de la tablette, donc pour faire court garder votre argent, économisez et allez chez Wacom ou juste allez chez Huion au moins ils vendent des produits fonctionnels...

Mauvaise qualité du produit pour le prix trop important. Aucune prise en charge en cas de defaut. Service client zéro pour un article HS en 3 mois. On me propose de racheté le produit. Je ne recommande ni le marchand, ni les produits. Cdt

Description d'article mensongère et service client désastreux. Sacoche notée comme adaptée à la tablette Artist Pro 16 (2nd gen) soit celle que j'ai acheté récemment. Sauf que celle-ci ne loge pas du tout dans la sacoche, elle ne se ferme pas car la tablette dépasse d'au moins 1cm... une honte. Et le "service client" qui me demande de payer les frais de port pour réaliser un échange ou remboursement alors que cette erreur est dû à un mauvais renseignement sur les fiches produits !!! Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Produkt wurde nie geöffnet aufgrund von starken Schmerzen und Krankenhausaufenthalt und Verkäufer weigert sich dennoch den Artikel zurückzunehmen nur weil die Rückgabefrist knapp abgelaufen ist. Einfach rücksichtslos und unverschämt.

I ordered the XP pen 24 Pro gen 2 since 18th. On the website it said the shipping detail would be withing 24-48 hours. Been 3 days since but there's no update, no email. I sent them an email and this was the answer. "We are unable to access any order systems. For your order-related questions, I have forwarded them to our relevant sales rep and she will help you out as soon as possible" On the site it said "Shipment pending[Paid]" First of all, you're late and didn't agree to do the exactly thing you agreed to do. There's also no apology on being late nor anything to explain what's going on. And now there's no solid answer since. This is not a small amount of money and I'm freaking out.

Der Chat-Roboter auf der Seite ist nutzlos und der Kundendienst ist für Deutsche nur für kurze Zeit am Vormittag erreichbar, da alles von China aus gemanagt wird. Das Artist Pro 16 Gen 2, das ich bestellt hatte, war ein gebrauchtes, als ich es erhalten hatte. Die Rücksendung war nun super umständlich, da niemand in Deutschland sitzt. Das Retourenlabel musste ich also selbst bezahlen. Auf den Ersatz warte ich noch heute. Laut Tracking-Code sollte es angekommen sein irgendwo außerhalb meines Wohnohrts und die Lieferung ist für sie daher abgeschlossen. Ich stehe nun da und habe kein Tablet und muss jetzt irgendwie versuchen, zumindest an mein Geld zu kommen. Sehr ärgerlich und super schlechter Service. Ich zweifle mittlerweile auch an der Seriösität des Ladens.

Une politique de retours volontairement décourageante. Les produits sont bons mais il vaut mieux les acheter ailleurs que sur ce site.
