I treated myself to a drawing tablet a few months ago, I decided I wanted to go for the XP Pen brand as I've heard good reviews in the past about them but I didn't want a large drawing pad that would require the support of a laptop, then all of a sudden XP Pen released the Magic Drawing Pad which is what I'm currently using to type this review. I very recently ordered myself the matching keyboard that is fantastic straight away. It's super sturdy, excellent quality and feels fantastic. I can close the tablet down like normal laptop, yes with the keyboard attachment the whole unit feels heavier but I do not mind at all. The XP Pen Magic Drawing Pad is the perfect drawing tablet for on the go and now with the addition of the keyboard it's now the perfect editing device. One thing I will add is that the keyboard does do a double space or letter, however this keyboard is brand new and will probably have an update, if not, well it's going to need one.

I was very sceptical because I wasn't sure if this was an official Australian site as it didn't have the standard .au Web address. Even the email to say my order had been received gave me heart palpitations as it was so badly worded. But alas the xppen turned up and its magical. I can't say anything about service but the website is legit 😆

A company of great integrity, with products that rival their competitors at a fraction of the price. I had an initial issue with setting up my XP-Pen 22r Artist pro, as it was the first graphic tablet I had owned, because I had put one USB cable in the wrong place, and the company were so helpful to me, emailing a number of times until the XP was up and running. All my bad, but they were so nice about it and supportive. Now I have set it up properly, I am so happy with the versatility of this 21.5-inch graphic tablet, with 2 red dial wheels and 20 shortcut keys, which makes my drawing experience across different graphic programmes very flexible. I have been able to customise and play with it on Krita, Coral, Adobe Photoshop and GIMP. While this is my first graphic tablet, I am finding the easy way you can adjust the screen to different angles really useful. The unit itself is quite solid and gives me confidence in the fact it is well made. I even got a second spare pen as a bonus. XP-Pen will be my go-to company for products like this in the future because of their price, customer care and superior technology.

Great customer service! It's very rare nowadays to get a responsive customer support, Anna from XPPen Service Center helped me with my problem with my connection issue. She is very patient and very responsive and she fixed my issue. Very professional.

Very intuitive and easy to learn to use

Service après vente au TOP! qui mérite que l'on passe 5mn pour un commentaire. Mon stylet Xpen ne fonctionnait plus, au bout d'un an, après vérification faite de leur part, stylet tout neuf envoyé en 1 semaine, entre le premier échange et la réception BRAVO, si rare de nos jours.
