The most HORRIBLE customer service on the planet!!!!! I say this as I am on my 7th call for the same issue and currently on my 4th hour (TODAY)! What is the issue XFINITY????? This is completely unacceptable! I love the idea of having all my services bundled but this is absolutely ridiculous! The most inconvenient hours, online system, even more ridiculous chat system and don’t even get me started on the outsourcing of the customer service unit! Whoever is in charge of this circus should be immediately fired!!!!! Do ME a favor and try calling your own customer service for a technical issue! Have fun with that!!!

The outsource customer service is the worse in communication and taking your money. As if it is not bad enough, that when you call, you might hear, dogs, chickens, or kids in the background, they give you an extra line, don't disconnect it and keep charging you. I went to my local branch and even she was frustrated. This outsourcing to foreign countries that cannot speak English had, so far cost me hundreds. Now I have seen another $359 they are trying to take when I have no service with them. Stay away from xfinity bc they will try to keep your money. I am.going to get my bank to do a fraudulent investigation and hopefully watchdog media.

I would give a zero if it were possible. We switched our family of 5 to Xfinity mobile and one or more of us have been in their stores every day for the last 5 to try and fix problems. No coverage in OUR HOME! Wrong numbers assigned to our kids, utter confusion on their part, and little to no help with their call support, when we could make a call at all. The store personnel was nice, but clearly could not fix this mess. We will switch to another provider.

Purchased a store pull/refurb/return telephone from a 3rd party with an excellent reputation who buys these phones directly from Xfinity and other network providers where they have been traded in in bulk. Xfintiy said the phone, clearly from their network, was not compatible with their network when I tried to use it with Xfinity. It is not lost or stolen, it is not on any blacklist. I finally got them to admit that it indeed was their phone, at which time they said that it couldn't be used with Xfinity- but refuse to explain why. The phone is locked to Xfinity and they refuse to allow it to be used and they refuse to unlock it. They advised me that it was not in their system as having a balance due. BUT they did offer to give me a $50 credit for the phone (new $500). I guess they wanted to sell it again. They told me they could not unlock the phone because I did not have the original phone number the phone was assigned. They also said they had no possible way to use the IMEI to find the original phone number, which I know is a lie, it has to be in their system or they wouldn't need both numbers to unlock it. Xfinity is in violation of federal law. They are, by law, supposed to unlock this phone if there is no type of balance outstanding or it has not been reported as lost or stolen. The only theft here is by Xfinity trying to use the phone to get me to buy a new one. HORRIBLE company. Always has been. Profanity withheld because they won't publish it if I do use it.

This is the worst customer service in the history of customer service! They're offshore agents do nothing but argue with you, fight with you, and refuse to get you where you need to go when you know the problem you're having. I honestly think, customer service shows how good the rest of the service is. So far. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life

I am very disappointed about the experience with Mobil services!! I came to the actual store to get better customer service because i can not understand a thing they said on the phone!? But I shouldn’t!! The store located in park meadows pretty much told me to switch carriers if I wasn’t happy with Xfinity!! That is a joke!! I don’t think the representative care about frustration !! My phone services got suspended!? With out my consent and they try to get $400 out of account!? So done with this😡😡

My husband and I spoke to a Thungshu (sp)* and a Ms tonight. I am on my husband's account and T-kept saying I wasn't and then went on rudely about how I need to do this and this to get the right results...in a nut shell. He literally was yelling at me but I didn't answer him, because I didn't want to say anything rude back...so he was yelling at himself in the end and then sent me a scale to rate him . I picked a 3 he then asked me WHY ...who does that ? My husband contacts per T telling me he needed too. He does that and he gives all of the information they usually ask before they ask for it, Name, last 4 digits and address, zip code. Well Ms then preceded to ask my husband for his DOB and then and his SS number... He said I gave you the last 4. Ms said we need your full SS number for me to check your account. I'm sorry but he and myself have never experienced such poor and rude work ethic with Xfinity! I also read online you don't even have to give them the 4 digits and it's against the law to ask for someone's full SS number.! I'm not a happy customer..!

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. The first agent I spoke with however, was excellent and did so well he convinced me to sign up with Xfinity mobile. Following through after the "welcome package" I spoke with the most incompetent lady who was obviously in the wrong line of work. Laughing at the frustrations, I heard a continuous rooster in the background, I could reiterate word for word what she was telling me and had the audacity to say I'm not listening to what she's trying to explain. A potentially well paying customer decided to stay with Verizon! Best decision I've made yet.
