Best service I've had In a long time
Best service I've had In a long time. Fast internet. Hotspot. The streaming is awesome. And don't get me started on the price. I definitely made the right choice switching from At&T.

Ok, lots of terrible stories here and I have no doubt every one of them is absolutely true. But I do want to add my own experience to the mix. I moved from ATT, at $60/mo, to xfinity mobile about 3 years ago. It costs $12/ mo for 1 gig ($15 with tax) and by myself I very rarely exceed that. (As their mobile service automatically takes advantage Comcast routers wherever they find one, it help limit data usage.) I also subscribe to Comcast for internet and cable, and Comcast threw in a free gig into my plan. So mobile service costs me $3 per month! Moreover, last year my spouse also switched, she’s on the same plan with me, and the two of us together rarely exceed 1 gig. So that’s $3 monthly for mobile service for both of us! The service has also been fine in terms of coverage, reliability, etc. it’s been a fantastic deal for us.

After reading all the 1-star reviews about Comcast, all I can say is both Comcast and AT&T are duping us all. One’s as bad as the other and they both SUCK! Amazing how much they spend marketing their products but cannot provide decent customer service. I really don’t get how they stay in business. I tried so hard to open a new Xfinity account and finally gave up on them because it was so draining. Two months later—never activated the service—I’m getting overdue billing notices. At this point I just ignore them. Today I received a notice from them saying they need my email... yeah RIGHT! If the virus taught us anything, we know the consumer keeps this well-oiled machine running. If we take just one day and boycott every retailer out there—don’t spend a dime—it would send a powerful message. We’re way overdue.

Worst mobile company on the planet. The complained they couldn’t hear me and I was using Xfinity moble. Have to say I want to buy a new product toget to tech support. This company sorely lacks tech support. I had horrible calls during the pandemic. 1 star service outside in the middle of a major city. They suck and so does their non existent tech support. The phone tree hangs up repeatedly so no tech can be obtained. Frustration ran high and phone tree purposely blocked tech support. My rules for me 1.Only read 1 star reviews 2.Never check the box for the business to respond because they do not wish to solve only remove review 3. Read how they respond to negative reviews 4. Always read 1 star reviews of products for purchases 5. Never go by total review or 5 star reviews.

First of all I was excited to get my cell through my internet carrier, I signed up. Waiting for my phone...left a signature note for fed ex, fed ex tells me that someone has to be present to sign. I tried to divert it to Walgreens ( where I pick up my packages)...No , not eligible. So I have no phone , since I ported my number over to xfinifty. Saturday Delivery not authorized. I mean wha....? And wait I offered to go to my local xfinity store to pick it up,,,,NO i would have to wait till this phone gets returned from Fed Ex to "x" then cancel go to the store and start the whole process over...I've chatted with at least 4 reps, called and spoke with a few. And zero help. It's apparent that they care not for my business. If they treat a brand new client this bad can you imagine the level of sub par service if I actually received the phone ? absolute zero. Stay away

I gave 1 star only because I could not move forward without doing so. Trying to make this as short as possible. So last December I called to set up in home Xfinity WIFI. At the end of the conversation the rep. offered me a free phone if I would port my present number to Xfinity mobile . I thought about it long and hard , since I had Total Wireless( Verizon Towers )for several years with no issues at 33.00 monthly. and I never use up my 5 GB. I was planning to get a second back up phone , and she assured me there were no contracts, the phone was free, and I would pay 17.00 monthly including taxes, since I only needed it for talk and text. So the phone arrives , I activate it, its a cheaper I phone e I think ,holds charge not more than two hrs. Then I see a charge for 33.00 on my bank account, this was around February , so I called and spoke to a rep. who said he will look into it and get back to me. Never happened, so last week I check my bank statement 33.00 was charged for March and April. I called yesterday 05/21 and asked for a supervisor. I was told that I am automatically in a contract with Xfinity mobile , because I should have activated the phone as soon as it arrived. I told her I no longer, needed xfinity phone or services she "The Supervisor" stated I cannot send the phone back, because its no longer a free phone and I have to pay 16:00 monthly for the useless phone( she was also rude and unprofessional). I asked to speak to someone who was her senior, she said all complaints will still end up in" her" department. I asked for a corporate complaint email , she stated that she or her department will still be the one making the final decision , in short refusing any type of assistance. So I guess I will have to reach out to BBB or other legal /State services available. So disappointed with Xfinity mobile.

I have had a nightmare moving telephone numbers from tMobile to xfinity. I have spent hours on the phone with Xfinity and it is taking days to transfer three out of four numbers. I am still waiting for the fourth number. At this point I would happily stay with T-Mobile to not have to deal with the hours on the phone with Xfinity customer service. They are all very nice but unfortunately can’t transfer numbers without mistakes and delays and promises to just wait a few hours and it will be updated and it’s never updated. Then they tell me to go back to T-Mobile and when I do I find out the T-Mobile has done their part. When I called Xfinity back they figure out that they were trying to port a number from Sprint not T-Mobile so now they have to cancel the number and I have to wait 24 hours for the phone to work. So after several days and many hours on the phone I am still left without one of my phone numbers. I would say they should not be in the mobile business and should stick with what they’re good at. Oh and the last guy disconnected and never called me back. Worst worst worst mobile company.

I think this might be a scam. I never activated the mobile account. Then I see that somehow they wanted to bill me for it. Had a 40 min conversation w customer service who assured me it was cancelled. THEN I SEE AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD A WEEK LATER. Now I'm on hold again trying to again cancel the line and reverse the charge. Call has lasted 30 minutes so far and no end in sight.
