Xfinity mobile customer service is made up the most incompetent people. I started with two lines, went to activate a phone, got a third line where they changed my number and dropped the protection plan WITHOUT my knowledge, then had a replacement phone and now have four lines. They just keep making mistakes and read a sheet to waste your time. A supervisor is NEVER conveniently around to speak to when they screw up your account. I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 OR NEGETIVE STARS!!!!!

Customer Service at Xfinity Mobile is Incompetent!
I purchased a new phone to replace an existing one with Xfinity. I decided to trade in my old one and went through the necessary steps on their website to verity eligibility and value. I was supposed to get an email telling me how to return my old phone, I never did. I called customer service and was on the phone with them for 2 hours! They sent me an email with 2 attachments, one being the return details, the 2nd being the return FedEx label. The FedEx label attachment would not open. The file was very small (1K) so as a tech professional I knew it was invalid and tried to explain this to the agent. After talking to the 4th agent in my 2 hour stint, I was ensured I would receive a replacement shipping lable via email within 24 hours. I never did! I called them again the next day and spent 1 hour on the phone! The agent never fixed my issue, but told me that if I took the FedEx label # she gave me to FedEx they could print out my label. So, I drove 45 minutes to the nearest FedEx facility. The agent there was very nice, but he informed me that they can't do anything with a label #, he would at least need a QR code to give me a label from. So, I still don't know how to get my old phone to them and if I wait much longer I'll miss out on both the trade-in credit and the $200 pre-paid Visa incentive they were offering at the time of purchase for the trade-in.

Customer can’t help
I keep having trouble with unknown texts, even I have toggled the option on my iPhone to block them. I contacted Apple support and after chatting with them they told me to contact my carrier, Xfinity. I tried but they were of no help. Wanted be to download an app that I would have to pay for; after that told me to change my phone number; definitely not an option, involves contacting everyone and updating it. Apple stated that the carrier should be able to stop the texts. Evidently not. I just know I never had this problem with other carriers. I know it’s not me, I always give out a fake phone number when I enquire about anything on the web. I don’t give out my number period.

Unlimited Data apparently means 'a reasonable amount'
I have been with Xfinity Mobile and internet since Aug 2018. I loved every minute of it until today. I got a new job where I sit behind a desk all day. I watch TV, listen to Audio Books, or listen to music for 8-10 hours a day. While at work, I have to use mobile date due to my employer blocking Wifi services for employees. I just received a call from Xfinity saying my data usage is high this month and if I use too much data next month they are going to cancel me. I was like, “do I not have unlimited data?” Their response was, “Unlimited data means ‘a reasonable amount.' Using too much data goes against our policies. Extremely displeased. I will be canceling my service and making sure everyone knows about this experience.

Major problem with spam texts and…
Major problem with spam texts and calls. Upon my inquiry with xfinity, I was told to use the app "HIYA". The calls and texts more than doubled after I downloaded it. Other mobile carriers are taking care of this issue.

I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile…
I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile for Xfinity to save money. It was not worth the money. They promised me a free phone if I bring over my phone. They charged me for the phone starting the first month and when I said the phone was supposed to be free, they said "your bill hasn't changed since we start since you started with our company". I should have dropped them then. The calls don't work unless you have Wi-Fi service the mobile internet on the phone is useless. When I finally left them and wanted to return their phone, they said it was past the time and I had to pay off the phone. Any other company is better than this one do not use Comcast Mobile.

Xfinity is decent depending on where you go
I ordered a phone online for an existing service I’ve had for almost 4 years now i do not care for the phone at all I’m within the 14 day return/exchange period with said phone being only a little over a week old and yet they tell me I must pay off the phone in full before I can do anything..No where in the return policy does it state this. Not to mention when I called customer service the agent said well you can check the specs online before purchase and then she laughed as if she thought my dissatisfaction was funny . The customer service I received at a store was absolutely horrendous, not from the sales rep but by the store manager she didn’t even pretend to try to help when the rep couldn’t figure out what the issue was. At this point I’m ready to change carriers and cable providers. I’decided to give them one last chance . I went to a different location in a different county and the manager there was super helpful he did everything he could and ultimately resolved my problem. When I walked out I was satisfied enough to remain a customer all thanks to him

Xfinity Mobile can't resolve group text problems
I have been calling Xfinity Mobile for 4 months and have never had anyone be able to resolve my problem. Every Wednesday for some odd reason my group texts will stop working (only if there is someone with an Android device in the group text, I am using an iPhone 13 Pro) and I can not receive or send text messages to these groups. I call Xfinity - they suspend and reactivate my account and it works again for a week....Then Wednseday rolls around and it stop working again, so I call them. I'm told the same things every time that it will get escalated to be fixed, but have yet to hear anything back.
I've also had customer support people put me on hold on and off for over 45 minutes and then hang up, or tell me they're not able to suspend and reactivate my account (even though they do it every week), or that they will have to charge me to suspend and reactivate it, or if they suspend the account they can't reactivate for 14 days. I've also had some great people that have helped me right away within a few minutes after answering and explaining my problem. But overall the support has been terrible and less than helpful other than being able to temporarily fix the issue for a few days.
I've been a loyal comcast internet & cable for over 4 years, and joined their mobile in November, but at this point I'm about to cancel all my services because they can't seem to fix my mobile issue. I have also troubleshooted and read forum posts from others that had the same issues. I talked to Xfinity and told them what people said would fix the issue, but have yet to have anyone make any attempt to do more than just tell me to reset network settings, replace a SIM card, go to the Apple store (which I did, and they said that everything looked perfect from all their testing), or suspend and reactivate the account.
The savings for the plan is not worth the hassle. I have spent literally around an hour every Wednesday calling/chatting with Xfinity.
