Don’t do it; RUN! While you may be tempted by the salesman’s pitch of a reward Visa of $300 and 5G service running off of Verizon, you will not get the bang for your buck! I rarely have service to make calls and use data UNLESS connected to Wi-Fi. I can’t use my cell at home without Wi-Fi as the signal/reception is terrible and I live in Baltimore City where there are “many towers”, they say. Be careful with going out of state/country, not even due to the roaming charges, but you may not even be able to utilize your cell phone. My friend went to Aruba and I went to PR and could barely get/make calls and could only use data (get/send texts/use GPS/etc.) if connected to Wi-Fi; that means we walked around in a foreign place unable to use our cell! Sooo dangerous! The other sad part is, Xfinity won’t discount anything from the bill and if you only have their mobile service, you’ll be forced to pay a $25 service fee with the same crappy reception. My bill is now $120 per month and I totally regret switching to Xfinity. I rarely experience the 5G that was promised and still have to connect to Wi-Fi to get decent service. Oh and good luck getting support from their reps; many struggle with understanding english and processing what you’re looking to have resolved. RUN to another provider people!

Deuterating Service
When I first signed up for Xfinity mobile everything seemed great, but as time went on the service went downhill at a fast pace. The representatives have not been taking proper documentation during phone calls. I had ordered a phone to be sent to my other house. The rep advised me she was able to complete my request with no problems, well it didn't go to my other house as a gift it was sent to me in another state. Second, I called them on May 13th, the day after I received my phone to return it. The young lady on the other end told me that I had to go to the store to receive my shipping label. The store proceeded to tell me that it had to be emailed from xfinity mobile. Now, I travel for work so it took me some time to get a hold of xfinity mobile to return my phone. After, talking with me and telling them what I had occured their response was "Sorry, since it was 14 days pass the return date we cannot receive it. You can open it and start using it though." I have the call log of when I called and yet no documentation on their end. This has not been the only time I had difficulties with Xfinity mobile since 2018, but their service has gotten so much worse and their data is not working every where. So, now that I am over with my disapproval. I have decided to finish paying off my phones and will be switching back to verizon.

Honestly the worst
Honestly the worst, the biggest mistake you could make. Customer service has no idea how to handle anything. If someone with their service dies, you are screwed. Cant print a bill, get into account, or get real help. Incompetent doesnt even begin to describe, and the service is horrible.

Xfinity mobile service sucks
Xfinity mobile service sucks! It dropps calls, it is also slow. My Galaxy note 8 is faster than this crap, every time I call for help Xfinity says the problem is fixed when it is not. At the moment I am in my Backyard OUTSIDE AND WRITING THIS REVIEW FROM ANOTHER PHONE. You people should know more about the product you claim is the best when it's not. I can't wait to pay off this stupid phone and go to TMobile or anyone else other than Xfinity. Thank you Xfinity for basically making me pay over $1,000 for a phone that don't work very well

Global pass nightmare
So I requested a global tell pass on April 2, before going on a cruise, I told them that I needed the pass while on the cruise, well his computer needed rebooted and couldn’t complete the global tell pass but assured me I would be able to use it. I left my phone on waiting to get service but it never came, by the 4th I woke up to 400 dollar worth of charges, I immediately messaged xfinity off of wifi and told them I was supposed to have the global pass that these charges did not make sense, they said I didn’t have the global pass, and stated I would not have to worry about the charges. So again, I left my data on waiting to get service, still nothing. I message the app again the next day. Asking why my phone wasn’t working when I asked for it on Saturday, they said I didn’t have it, but that now they would and I did not have to worry about the charges and credited me 15 dollars for all of the inconvenience. When I get back from vacation I get a notification that I would be getting charged 500 dollars. I called them and explained I was supposed to have the global pass. They said I didn’t have to worry about the charges and I would be credited and they pushed my due date back by 2 weeks saying it would be taken care of, everyone up until that point was apologetic and understanding, I didn’t think to check my bill because they told me not to worry. I wake up yesterday morning with xfinity taking 822.00 out of my account. I called them and they told me that it’s for data and everyone else was wrong before them. They would not stop the payment. Would not work out a payment plan, would not credit me. They gave me another number to call, that supervisor said he couldn’t help although the next number would likely be able to discount or put me on a payment plan because that is a lot of money. I call the number and they said they are the fraud department and can’t help me: He tells me he cannot give me corporates number and can neither confirm or deny if there is a corporate number; but he states that it is obvious that I didn’t understand about the data and someone should have told me while I was on vacation the multiple times I called, or even the guy I told why I wanted to use the global pass, or any of the other 4 people that week. Nothing. Now I am on hold to talk to yet another supervisor. I am devastated, I wanted to take my kids on a nice vacation as a single mom and xfinity is nothing short of being less than understanding of their corporation not getting information to the consumer, there was no fluidity, meaning everyone had something different to say. I told them to please take me to collections, so I could make my mortgage payment. But nothing. I never agreed to almost a thousand dollar payment and cannot believe this is what they do to their clients.

Zero zero zero the worst
Zero zero zero the worst! So upset with how they handle things. I used to try to get everybody I know and my family to switch over to xfinity mobile now they screwed us over and I deeply regret putting in a good word for them. Got my family to transfer lines from another carrier. And they will not honor their promotion when all in all we did our part and they are saying the opposite now we’re stuck paying for 4 iPhones that should have been free. What a waste of time and money. Paid even more to switch carriers. They are no help. After all the visits and phone conversations no help. No help just an apology by email and a number that will get us nowhere again and just explain the same issue to hear them tell you they can’t do anything. Waste of time. Never putting in a good word for xfinity mobile again.

Forget Xfinity mobile even exists!
Never switch over to Xfinity mobile their customer service sucks and their phone service sucks as well. Also, good luck trying to switch over to a different carrier if you don't like your service. They will lock you out of all other service companies and make you suffer while you wait over the phone to try and get through to them so they can unlock your phone. It's been a week now and my phone is still locked. If i could give zero stars or a negative star i would!

If I could give negative stars
If I could give negative stars, I would. This has honestly been the worst experience in my life.
I received my xfinity mobile phone on 3/22/22. On 3/23/22 I called regarding connection issues. Nothing helped. I dealt with it a few days and tried calling again.
The phone kept dropping calls left & right. When it did connect. It was horrible reception. Even their customer service reps would say, I'm sorry, I can't hear you. There's a bad connection.
This kept going on and never improved. I couldn't get any help fixing the problem because the calls kept dropping. I would have gone to an Xfinity store, but the closest one is at least 45 miles away. Since I had zero service, I wouldn't even contemplate driving there without cell service. I'm disabled and oxygen dependant. I can't risk it.
So, I finally gave up and went back to Verizon. I had to wait to get the phone and I can now make that drive when I have a day without Dr appointments. But now it's past 30 days and they absolutely refuse to let me return the phone. They're going to charge me the full price of a phone that has not worked well at all since day 1.
They're taking advantage of the fact I could not physically drive to one of their stores during the 30 days.
Do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY from xfinity mobile. The service is basically nonexistent. Maybe it's better in a city location. Though I never had service even when going to the Dr. So I don't know. I do have call logs showing the multiple back to back calls because of dropped calls. There are many each week.
The entire ordeal is maddening.
