No stars! This is the worse customer service I have ever encountered! I’ve been calling for months and they have yet to correct my issue. I have called several times and gone to Xfinity mobile in person. Still unresolved. I’m being charged for a line that I did not authorize and every time I call they say they will remove the line. The line is still there and I’m being charged. The worst company ever

Here it is a couple weeks later since the last review of this horrible company and still nothing has been done you would think going to corporate would do something. Wrong. They are just as bad as there customer service.. they will tell you they are working on it and will get back to you.. they never will. You think with all the bad reviews that xfinity would get a clue and just quit this awful service. Sure would save us all.hours of being on the phone to achieve nothing. Xfinity mobile just do us all a favor and get out of this bussiness cause you can not take care of your customers. I still have not seen a place for negative stars for your company. Can you at least follow through on that cause we're tired of giving you a one star rating when that's way above what you deserve

I recently switched to Xfinity mobile. I was promised three fifty dollar gift cards for transferring three numbers after six weeks. I haven’t received them. When I called they said 16 weeks. That’s a lie. I was promised $15 of my Xfinity internet for getting Xfinity mobile, and they have refused to do that. I have called over and over they are liars. Do not switch to Xfinity mobile.

XFINITY MOBILE is the worse service provider I've ever encountered. The service was great for 6 months and then it began to say I had not network connectivity everyday multiple times a day within my home which meant I was unable to make calls or receive calls frequently but expected to pay for service I was not receiving. I think I've talked to approximately 50 different CSRs and none could fix the problem. Actually only Tier 2 CSRs are knowledgeable IF you can get through to one. Many times Tier 1 CSRs frequently give out misinformation or follow a script regardless of relevancy. I still do not have consistent connectivity and they still have not fixed the problem. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT...I don't recommend this service provider. By the way, I will not switch to Verizon since Comcast is using Verizons towers and my issue is connectivity through Verizons towers. I guess it will have to be ATT or another carrier.

I only wish I could give this company a negative review. Even 1 star is 5 too many. I have ended my service with them and now I have a locked phone. I was told, it would take 24 hours to unlock it. However, as I had been without a phone and had the sim card to a new service, I was told they would escalate it. I should hear back within 1-2 hours. When I didn't, I chatted back. I was told, my phone was unlocked! Really, because I just restarted it and it's saying I need an unlock code. Don't worry, you'll get it soon. My guess was correct, 24 hours. They didn't escalate anything, they placate you and treat you like the number you are. I am so glad to be done with them but it looks like I will need to get a new phone.

They don’t tell you when you sign up with them if you don’t have internet with them you will and up paying much more than you think and the costumer service isn’t great at all they don’t tell you the same thing if you call 2 times they don’t know what to say so I will not recommend at all to sign up with them!

I dodged a bullet by cancelling service early on. I never activated the phone. My current provider made me a good offer to stay with them. I was told by agent I could off the unopened phone box to Xfinity Store as 3 Fed Ex stores near me at home & work closed. It took me over an hour to get there...had to use cabs as transportation is bad. Store told me they don't accept returns.
