Their customer service is horrible. It’s all out sourced overseas. If you have problems understanding people with an accent your doomed. Xfinity locks devices even though you own it. 24 hours now and still waiting for the phone I replaced to get unlocked. If you don’t live near a Xfinity store I suggest that you don’t get the service.

Same issues with Esim with iPhone 14 activation . Took 4 days to transfer number from old device . Wait times are extremely long and then you are informed problems are resolved and they aren’t . You have to speak with about 10 foreign representatives before you can get decent customer service representatives. I wonder what country these people are working out of ? Some of them have no clue how to do their jobs and it’s poor training Xfinity. For iPhone 14 pro max number transfer just go to cellular on 14 device and press add Esim and hold your old device that you want transferred next to it after pressing that option with Bluetooth on.! That’s it yet Xfinity staff members know nothing about this and it takes a week to transfer numbers to a new 14 iPhone device . This company sucks

Horrible service. From the moment of switching over, my phone never work due to eSim issues. Called a whole week and never resolved. The wait time is over an hour and each time I’m inform issues are resolved and still have no working cell phone. In my return process, this took over two hours since the hold time is very long and once you get someone, they put you on hold for another hour. This is happening due to the untrained staff

Dreadful customer service.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have been billed for months for a service we don’t use. I call, sit on hold for hours, and never get a resolution. I have gone into the store, wait, get be Monty credited, and the problem persists. This company is big on transferring you until you can’t take the madness anymore and hang up. Thank you, xfinity, for screwing me out of $2000.

Mobile data is terrible. Does not work in many places. I am unable to use mobile data at home, I have to strongly rely on wifi. They're mobile customer service is bad as well.

Is it just me or is it normal with xfinity mobile customer care reps .. they never have a right info . They even don’t have info about orders and what is the order about . I called in to check about my order and lady started saying my order for 4 iPhones … heck I ordered a port in request where does mobile phones comes in picture .. I think first thing xfinity mobile has to do is to change there customer rep vendors (no offense but I feel they are hiring cheap labor from Asia and not even providing them right training to handle a call/customer ) .. they have nice promotions but customer rep is very very very low quality … my local bakery shop or a road side vendor has better customer handling skills .

The service is awful. Do not recommend.
