Horrible company. They offer promotions, you add lines and do what they ask you to do. Then when it comes to your advantage they say they can't do it and send you ping ponging between the store and customer service. Via phone which, by the way you have long wait time or they call you back option which doesn't matter because 20 minutes into the call they hang up. Back to square one!!!Definitely would consider other carriers.

They just keep sending me emails, they won't stop, they don't give me any option to stop. I'm not a customer and there's no way to contact them.

DO not fall for their 5G unlimited service there is no service at all . I changed from red pocket to xfinity and now there is not a signal at all .

I really do not want to give them the one star They try and make you buy their Internet service just to upgrade your phone They do not value their customers or care nothing about them And we'll hang up in your face

Bad connectivity, inconsistent data speeds. They said I could cancel any time and return the phone, which is untrue. They said I could change my data plan at any time in the billing cycle, which is also not true. Customer service is very unhelpful and difficult to understand.

Trouble started when i lost my phone. Store couldn't get me new sim card because they claimed my unlocked oneplus is locked. I spend over 4 hours on the phone trying to get a port out number, without success. I was transfers from one guy to another with no help. Last one told me to go back to the store. Store of course said they cant help me. Too much bull thing and trouble to transfer my phone number. I guess i will need to get a new phone number after 18 years. Don't get me started on 20gb which was good for couple weeks for me.

This is a very bad company, please go with any other company, I try to cancel my cell phone they made it impossible , hold for 45 min twice. they cancel and still charged me for two months. I tried getting refund they say they will give me but i do not trust them at all.

I could leave a review like you all did but I'm not going to cuz everybody's right you're all telling the truth I actually had to pay two phones off to get them unlocked and to cancel our service but I don't trust them to take it off our credit so I'm not paying them cuz I know they won't they screwed us every which way do not go to this company they should be sued and I miss you should be shut down don't look we're going to go
