okay for being made in China
I liked the shipping and packaging. I also liked the watch I picked out. I did not like the mystery watch or the return process for the mystery watch (... still waiting to hear back). I also really do not like that these are advertised as American top quality watches but are actually made in China.

Hello Milar! Thank you for your feedback. Please note that we do not advertise American made watches on our website. There are some watches that do have American made movements, like our Apollo 15 collection. All assembly for our watches is still done outside the US, to keep our pricing more affordable for our customers. If you have any additional questions, you can always reach out to [email protected]. For mystery items, they are non-refundable but can be returned for store credit. A $25 restocking fee will be deducted.
