Well I thought I ordered dual high and low beam led bulbs. And on the box its checked 9008 h13 dual high/low beam bulbs. But when I opened it and installed them they are not. They are just low beam for $167 dollars.

Xenonpro.com must be the biggest site with fake reviews. This is the only explanation I can give for their “no name” products. They come without any instructions or labels on them. They don’t even have a country of origin where they were made. The lights I bought were on and off and were giving me tons of issues on the dashboard until eventually one of them was burnt. Their customer service asked me to pay for the return even thought the lights were defective. Unacceptable customer service and really terrible products.

The bulbs were too long to fit into my headlights properly
Response from XenonProSep 20, 2021
Hi Cycling, Thank you for your review. LEDs are longer than halogens by design so it's important to make sure you have the clearing space needed prior to ordering. Please get in touch with us so we can help you return your product or exchange the LEDs for HIDs which are smaller in size. We look forward to hearing from you!

I purchase an LED headlight kit to replace a halogen bulb. Tier reviews and information seemed promising, but overall was a very poor design. I learned about 2 weeks after purchse that a 3 or 4 sided LED is basically crap, which showed in the pattern of my headlights. The pattern is basically a parabola, where i can lot of the thing on the sides of the road, but only about 30 feet infront. It also came without any instructions or papers. I would no recommend this product to anyone!!

Hi Alex, Thank you for your review and sorry to hear about your bulbs not performing as expected. It sounds like you may have received a defective product or perhaps you have projector assemblies for which we recommend HIDs over LEDs. Please get in touch with us so we can replace your order accordingly to make sure you are perfectly satisfied. We look forward to hearing from you and making things right!

After receiving my headlights, he sent me the wrong size after Guarnteeing me to fit. He sounded professional and talked nice, but didn’t even do his job.

The order is not the correct fit for my vehicle. I used your website tool to select my vehicle and it showed the ones I selected would fit. Update: Reached out to them, I am returning the bulbs. Turns out that these do not come with a modified bulb retaining ring necessary to hold the bulb. The original retaining ring will not work without modifying it.

Hi Anthony, Thank you for your review and sorry to hear that your vehicle does not support LEDs. Perhaps HIDs will be a better option for you. We look forward to hearing back from you!
