I became part of the xenon family back in 2018 and i purchased my set of high and low beams.seven years later I have a minor issue with the bayonet on the light bulbs and with no questions asked I only pay out 39.99 for the lifetime warranty per kitto cover shipping and handling and my new ones are on the way. Can't wait to see how these bulbs perform 7years Later. Thx XENONPRO

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I have had these lights for over 2 years, and one side stopped working, so I reached out to them about their lifetime warranty replacement! They were able to help me and honor their word on the lifetime warranty, and help me !! Will buy more lights for my other vehicle now!! Thank you

Kevin worked with me throughout with an issue I had. He resolved it in a timely manner and gave me great satisfaction on the result. Thanks again Kevin. A+ customer service here. (Edited on June 16, 2025) He immediately sent me a replacement but I have yet to get it reinstalled. Haven’t had the time. Stay tuned! UPDATE AUGUST 19, 2025. I had the replacement set installed properly again and unfortunately, im just getting the same result. Dark spot on the road on the drivers side and the passenger side beam goes way off to the right. I’m wishing and hoping for a refund. Stay tuned. Even though the customer service was great, the product is NOT!
