No installation instructions, after installing lights went on a 40 mile drive. During the drive on interstate the low beams went out twice causing me to have to turn the lights on and off to get the lights come back on. At the end of the short trip the low beams quit working all together. I had to drive around the city with the high beams. I will be removing these lights and asking for refund

I called two times and talked to someone that told me what to try to stop my HIDs from flicking on and off tried what they said and didn’t work so I want to return the 9007 set up for a refund

I ordered new Xenon lights for 2 of my vehicles and when they arrived they were not plug and play as expected. The return was approved in a timely matter but the refund has not been received a month later. All correspondence to try to get a response for the awaited refund has not been answered.

Each box had broken glass on each bulb, none of them could be used

I bought LED headlights for my'01 Silverado,and even after trying ALL the tips from Xenonpro,they would not work.I returned them ($25 postage) and was partially refunded,as they deducted their original "Free shipping" mailing cost.This is disclosed in the shipping and return info,and was my fault for not checking it out beforehand-The lights looked awesome and the customer service was good

I chose this product because I want high quality LED headlights and fog lights for my 2015 GMC Sierra and thought that is what I was going to get based upon all of the reviews... NOT! They all arrived in plain boxes; no logos, no markings, no invoice / packing list... nothing! I installed the headlights first and neither of them worked. I even purchased the anti-flicker / decoder things and switched connections every which way you could to ensure it wasn't a polarity issue. Nope, they just didn't work at all. One of the fog lights worked but the other one would only work if you held the wiring in a certain position. Even if I could somehow affix it in the right position to keep it on, how reliable is that really and how's that going to work in a real life application of driving (bumps, rain, snow, etc.)? So I decided to return them and you can't actually talk to anybody. The only thing you can do is chat and they get VERY RUDE when you question the quality of their product! One time he (Alan) even ended the chat after saying something about some marriages don't work out and end up in divorce... huh? The 100% guarantee isn't worth crap because it costs you return shipping ($15 for me) and then they also charge you / refund you less $15 per item; so that was another $30 that I was out. All-in-all I am out $45 for nothing. Just a lot of frustration and irritation. Don't be fooled by the (fake) reviews... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY / PRODUCTS!!!! BTW - I purchased some MUCH cheaper LED replacements off of Amazon (Sealight 5202 fog lights and Fahren 9012 headlights) and they work perfectly without any extra CAN bus, resistors, anti-flicker crap so the lack of the Xenon Pro crap working in my truck wasn't due to incompatibility with my vehicle as the customer (lack of) service suggested! LONG STORY SHORT - buyer beware!

Had a little issue installing due polarity issues as the wires have to be connected a certain way. Did not know that at the beginning. Not as bright as I thought they would be. then got to the hi beams. need to disable DRL's which doesn't say anywhere and if you are not a mechanic you can't do it. so now i have low beams and different hi beams. Just looks ridiculous. contacted chat to get help and told to go to a mechanic to get the DRL's turned off. super mechanic to change lights.

Great website. Lights I purchased aren't up to par. Very disappointed in performance for the price
