Did not come with the appropriate rings/clips for the Headlights.
Response from XenonProMay 4, 2021
Hi Ned, Thank you for your review. As per our product description, we do not include rings/clips in our kits since they are different for each vehicle. You can find them for cheap on Amazon and we'll be more than happy to refund you for them. We look forward to hearing from you and we hope you enjoy your new lights!

Order did not get delivered when it was estimated, I ended up calling on my order & found out it was tied up in customs so it took an extra week to be delivered.

The website doesn’t have correct information when it comes to 2019 Ram 1500. It stated I needed a different fog light than what my truck actually needed. Was a big pain getting the issue resolved but in the end it did finally get resolved. Neither one listed on the website were for my Ram. My owners manual shows that the H11 is what was required but your site doesn't show that.
Response from XenonProApr 2, 2021
Hi Chris, Thank you for your review. The 2019 RAM 1500 can use one of two different fog light models, both of which are listed in our catalog. In these cases, comparing the bulb size to your original is important to ensure the appropriate one is purchased. We appreciate your patience while we resolved this for you and we hope you enjoy your lights!

Lights seem good but idk if they are worth the price definitely brighter then stock but stocks are $12
Response from XenonProMar 22, 2021
Hi Nic, Thank you for your review. Our LED bulbs are indeed more expensive than a standard $12 halogen but produce more light, last longer and are backed by our lifetime warranty. We hope you enjoy them and look forward to serving you again!

This was the first time I ordered from this company and am not completely dissatisfied I will be looking for another product. It may have been my my misunderstanding, but the LED bulbs I ordered for headlights were advertised as a”fitting” my vehicle. I own a Dodge Ram with factory headlights and I can not use the bulbs because I can not replace the dust cover once I insert the bulbs. Also, in my opinion, they are not as bright as my factory bulbs.

Hi John, Thank you so much for your review. Since all LEDs have fans at the base, it is important to ensure your vehicle has the clearing room required prior to ordering as we explain on every product page. Since HIDs do not have fans, they can be a great option for you. They are also very bright and covered by our lifetime warranty. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions and we hope to get the opportunity to serve you again in the future!

Okayy this is the only reason I’m giving this a 3...I bought HID for both low beams and high beams... the low beams work perfect and are really bright hardly no warm up time...but everytime I switch to high beams the warm up time is so bad I literally can’t see the road. So I can never switch to my highs because I go blind until they warm up. Idk why only my high beams do it...other than that they are very bright. Just my high beams take forever to warm up and never actually stay warmed up because anytime I go to dim then back to bright they have to warm all up again.
Response from XenonProFeb 28, 2021
Hi Joe, Thank you for your review and sorry to hear about the warm up time on your high beams - this is definitely unusual. The warm up time should be consistent across all beams. Can you please get in touch with us via email so we can troubleshoot this for you? We look forward to hearing from you.

The ordering process of the LED headlight bulbs involves specifying the motorcycle, in my case a 2015 Kawasaki KLR 650. This gives a false expectation of the bulbs being "plug & play". What I thought would be simply removing the H7 halogen bulbs and replacing them with the LED's became quite the job. I had to make 6 mm thick filler rings to bring the LED's up high enough for the retainer clips to secure them in place. The retainer clips had to be bent into shape. The stock rubber dust caps had to be cut to allow securing of the LED's. Now these no longer seal against dust and moisture. The LED plug pin width is 1/2" while the stock receptacle width is 17 mm. Therefore the cross-over adaptors of the H7 halogen are required. The drivers of the LED's are separate units. Overall not a desirable install for a motorcycle which goes off road. The brightness of the LED's is very good. The 25W bulbs produce more light than the 55W stock halogen bulbs. The verdict is still out on the reliability and longevity of the LED's. This will become clear during riding season.

Hi Peter, Thank you for your review and feedback, we sincerely appreciate it. We would recommend getting an oversized dust cap to prevent having to modify your stock one and to better protect the bulbs and assemblies, especially for an offroad vehicle. Feel free to contact us by email for assistance on this topic. We are glad you're enjoying the improved brightness and we look forward to serving you again in the future :)
