Worked for about 2 years. They replaced them but cost $40 to ship them to me. If you buy a new one they offer free shipping. $40 for shipping looks more like they are covering replacement costs.

I ordered blue lights headlights fog lights they sent me white lights I tried to call them because I'm handicapped and I cannot use the live chat and was subjected to a rude argumentative unprofessional young man who didn't care that I was a Marine corps veteran and could not access but I've chat refused to assist argumentative interruptive incompetent. I then went to live chat with a paid secretary to assist they told me they were going to send me the blue lights and then shortly there after I got an email from the same young man who couldn't stop running his mouth off telling me that the order was canceled and that they were not going to provide the blue lights they are not going to refund $95 in the cost to install the white lights that they sent to me which we didn't know about until the white lights were installed because we assumed that when you order blue lights you're going to get Blue lights headlights and fog lights. Accordingly we're following a better Business bureau complaint online reviews and filing a complaint with the department of Justice because all companies are required to provide equal access handicap services if you can order them on the phone they have to provide handicap services on the phone and I am legally handicapped to Marine corps veteran partially blind. I'm almost $500 plus the $95 to install the wrong lights that I now have to pay $95 to remove even if they do send me the blue lights. I would advise everybody not to do business with this company they are rude arrogant incompetent dishonest they promised one thing and then do another. The young punk that I talk to you on the phone should be fired but I doubt it they can't even honestly admit that they sent the wrong lights even though they record their calls and they clearly know I asked for blue lights and I record my calls and I asked for blue lights and you think they would have a decency to send blue lights and not have some young arrogant uneducated argumentative dishonest salesman selling their products. We've also sent out approximately 500 letters to the distributors around the country that satellites warning them not to sell this brand because of the problems that we have had. All they had to do is send me the blue lights refund the 95 dollars that I had to pay to install them and the problem would be over

Final Edit: This joke company never replied, no contact, nothing. They sell junk products. You've been warned. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Edit in response to reply: I attempted to call the 1-800 listed on their website and you have no option to speak to a live person. So I'm guessing the response is from the same person that acted completely unprofessionally on the live chat. I guess I'll wait and see if there's any correspondence in reference to trying to make this issue be resolved. Purchased back in February. Nothing but issues with the lights. Attempted to figure out what was going on with them but to no avail. Messaged they're live chat agent, Allan, and wasn't long before attitude became very apparent. I was honestly looking for a refund for a high priced cheap product. I have screenshots of the conversation but you can't post pictures here and that's unfortunate. He ended the conversation by saying "cry some more" Honestly, this isn't a spiteful review. I was looking for answers or a refund, cause when you spend $330 on 4 lights you think a company would be more receptive to issues. I was wrong. Stay Away honestly, their product is terrible and I'm guessing most other reviews are filtered.

Well, I received the kits for my 2018 Tucson and it's not good. The LED's don't even fit in my (highbeam side) of the headlight housing. There is a metal bracket in the housing that blocks the LED bulb from entering more than half way (highbeam side). In order for it to fit I would have to cut a chunk of the metal out of my headlight or cut away the plastic backing which would end up leaving me with continuous moisture in my headlights. Defeats the purpose of brighter lights. As for the HID's, I have to order the bracket in order for it to lock in place (low beam side). By doing this, I will have to basically cut a hole in the dust cap for the rear of the bulb to clear the housing. Again defeating the purpose of brighter lights do to moisture getting in the housing. All around bad experience.

I received my order but it was damaged. 3 of 4 glass housing were broken and one shattered. Fitting that goes into light housing is loose on one of light as well. I would like a refund please.

Unfortunately the Product that was shipped to me doesn’t fit my 4runner. So I just lost $100.

Trying to get in contact with your customer service is impossible. I ordered a set of HIDs from you guys a while ago and one of them went bad. I couldn’t get in contact with anybody other than this online chat room crap and every time I got a response was 20 minutes later and I had to re-submit my problem/question to get my warranty products. I eventually bought another set which still has the same problem they are still not working. I have reached out to you guys multiple times without getting in contact with anybody. I even called your sales department to see if they could transfer me to an HR or customer service department which I was told they don’t have one only online . I will no longer probably purchase anything else from your company since your customer service is horrible and your products are not long lasting. I’ve had my H IDs for less than six months or so and they’ve already gone out. They Flickr even though I have the anti-Flickr device located in them. I’ve also replaced them on a few occasions and they still don’t work

Got the bulbs..one went out..got repaced no problem...within next couple weeks multiple bulbs would not work....wanted to send back entire se(HI,Low,Fog,) because at this point from moving them all around and trying all the configurations they asked of me, I got fed up and asked for an entire new set...they informed me they would only replace 1 bulb at a time at the cost of 40$ shipping for each bulb...they refused to replace entire set even after I sent a video of all the issues...would not let me speak to a manager.
