Had an issue with one of my ballast on a new order and asked to exchange for a new one, to my surprise gave a whole new kit with no questions asked. Would say this company above and beyond to help me out.

Kevin in the chat support is very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided quick answers to all of our questions. The LED H7 bulbs (with non-blinding technology) will give us better nighttime visibility.

Excellent service. Ordered two replacement HID headlight bulbs and neither worked. Contacted XenonPro and after confirming neither bulb worked they sent a complete HID kit at no cost. Can't beat that.

I made an order for a pair of 55 Watt HID ballasts and recieved a pair of 35W. Notified customer service and the proper ballasts were to be sent. That package arrived as an LED kit. Again notified CS and that was to be corrected so another order was sent and that one was also not ballasts but a pair of fault eleminators. So once again I contacted CS and again explained that all I wanted was to recieve the 55W HID ballasts originally ordered. Finally all is proper . I recieved the 55W HID ballasts and was not askede to return any of the wrong parts sent. I feel that is proper compensation for time spent getting the original mistake rectified. I will still buy again from Xenon as they have expressed great concern for their customer satisfaction.
