Shipping was fine
Shipping was fine. Most of the kit was perfect. The cables could have been shorter to make stuffing the modules behind the headlight easier. Also the connection to the factory headlight connector was no longer a professional looking adapter instead it was just a couple of crimped male spades that I could have had me assistant tech put on.

Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. While our dashcams do not come with a card reader, you should have received a 32GB memory card. If you did not receive it, please get in touch with us and we'll have one sent to you right away.

can't complain too hard
Product showed up promptly, led lamps seem brighter than stock but seems to be little difference between high and low beam settings. Lights up distant signs very well.

Hi Andy, Thank you for your review, we are happy to hear that you are enjoying your new lights! You may need to make a simple adjustment to the bulbs in order to get the full benefit of the high beams. Please get in touch with us and we'll give you a hand with that right away :)

Good quality and packaging.
I ordered the 5K HID bulbs and I received 6K instead. Even though it’s not what I ordered, I’m happy for what I received regardless. Everything fits as it should and as a reminder for other buyers, even if your car is not listed for the cancellers, you still need to buy them. I’m glad I added that to my order.

My experience so far has been good
My experience so far has been good, I’m pleased with the brightness and colour of the bulbs I chose. I chose the 25w bulbs which were the lowest wattage , not knowing if I needed a more powerful option. I also selected the anti flicker upgrade, I’m not sure if this was necessary with my 2019 Ram Classic but now that I have it I don’t think I have room to install it. That’s a bit of an annoying hiccup, either I wasted money paying for the upgrade or I do need it and I’ll have to figure out how to make room for it.
