Received the components in a timely manner. The website was easy to navigate and there were plenty of options. The 3 big issues I had when installing the product were: 1 - The low beam retaining tabs were 3x time s as thick on the LED bulbs as the regular bulb tabs. If I had not gone with the lows, highs, and fogs I would never have gotten these installed due to the effort required to turn the LEDs into the fixture without removing the headlight assembly. (This requires a lot of work, removing inner fender linings and front facia) I was planning on doing that, so it wasn't too big a deal for me. It was still very difficult even with the headlight assembly removed. During the installation process, the glue on one of the LED bulb to tab retainer failed and had to be reglued. 2 - The website said I needed the "anti-flicker" for the fog lights. The fog lights would not function until I removed the anti-flicker units. (that's $15 bucks down the drain) 3 - The retaining tabs on the fog light LED's broke for both LED's when installing them into the fog light fixtures, forcing some engineering creativity to securely retain them in the fixtures. All that being said, the LED's have greatly improved the nighttime visibility. These must also be easy on oncoming traffic. With the width and depth of light penetration down the road I figured that people would be constantly high beaming me even when I had just the low beams on, so far that has not been the case. I'd estimate a 25-30% increase in distance and width with a nice even white light.

I received my Order and I thought I ordered the 5k instead of 6k. When I contacted customer service they said I could not switch and would have to return and reorder the 5k kit. Unfortunately I have already installed on vehicle. Seems like the one for one swap with the bulbs would be easy.

The 55W kit is not “plug and play”. It requires removal of the entire headlight assembly, re-pinning of the wiring harness, and removal of the factory ballasts and wiring. This should have been made clear on the website. 2007 Cadillac Escalade.

I purchased low and hight beams in color blue at max wattage the color lens came broken and the base where the fan connects to the light would constantly spin to where I couldn't lock them into place. That was a Friday I received those I immediately contacted them which was around 4pm illinois time. Customer support told me they wouldn't be able to help me at this time because they were about to close due to it being new years eve which I was like wow really you send me a defective product and you can't help me. So I got into touch with them on that following Monday which I explained what happened Friday with the way I received the product and the way I was treated that Friday as well and it was no different I was told by customer service well I don't see the problem we are helping you now so what is your problem. Well to make a long story short they sent me a new set of high beams and glass color tubes I installed them and the light output on them is no good when you have your low beams on you might as well not have them on the high beams are halfway decent nothing to write home about I also have the yellow fog light as well installed which are better then the low and high beams. But for a total of 500 something dollars it's a no go. Gonna go to lasfit and purchase there from now on you can get low/high beams fog lights and the whole package to upgrade your interior lights turn signals back up lights and brake lights for 240 bucks. So exxon pro step up your game you just lost a customer. And this was for a 2021 honda civic ex hatchback

Not real happy with the lumination. . Lights are adjusted correctly an still don't project like I want.

I ordered headlights, when I got to the section of email info , I skipped that part. I never received a confirmation. I did nit want to double order, so I talked to one of your reps. He assured me that without the email info the order will not go through. I re-entered all of my info. About 8 days later I received 2 sets of headlights. Once again I talked to a rep and followed all the steps to return the unwanted head lights. I was told I would receive a refund and the re-stocking fee would be waved but I had to pay postage. Please process my refund. Tommy Golden

They look beautiful and I'm overall happy but one of them went out. One of the capacitors did not work and I need to return them but they are so hard to install that I haven't done it yet. Then the other one (that has a working capacitor) went out and even though we got it to come on again, I don't trust them to be 100% and what if it goes out and I'm on the road somewhere?
