The customer service was great! The package came in the mail 3 days after I initially purchased the order. The hang up for me was, after I installed the HID kit along with the anti flickering device, I still had flicking going on with my setup and the xenon lights were too dim. They didn’t even look like they were turned on. Clearly there was light shining but driving on the street, I could barely see anything. I just about had to drive with my high beams on just to see the road in front of me at night. I purchased the HID kit with anti flickering and 55 watt ballasts. I wasn’t impressed at all. So I recently contacted Xenonpro about the problem and they issued me an RMA. I sent back the product on April 17th. I’m still waiting on a refund. So all in all, unfortunately the product didn’t work for me. Nice service though!

It says it fits my car, but it doesn’t. I even tried buying aftermarket dust cover caps because they’re so bulky it doesn’t fit with the stock dust cover. The fan part of the bulb sticks out way too far. This information needs to be included in the description I paid to much money to be misled like this and see nothing about it in the reviews. UPDATE: Xenon customer service is not pleasant. The person I chatted with sat there arguing with me for five minutes about how it’s my fault that my measurements of my light housing prior to purchasing these lights was “off” to where they didn’t fit, and refused to provide me with a return shipping label. Also, there is a $15 restocking fee if you return these. So, I was out $25 just for buying these and then not fitting, THEN I had to pay $20 for an Uber to take my car to and pick it up from a mechanic to fix the headlight wiring harness since the Xenon LEDs melted the end piece where you plug new lights into. I even had my bf put a whole new wiring harness on from Autozone and my old headlights still wouldn’t work after using the Xenons. So I bought Silverstar HIDs and Silverstar LEDs to see if either of those worked, thought maybe for some ironic reason my old halogen got burnt out during this same timeframe. No lights worked. The mechanic had to replace more of the wiring and the wiring harness, and replace a blown fuse. $130. So nearly $200 later that just went in the trash for NOTHING, I must say, do NOT even attempt to buy these. My mechanic said to stick with the good old halogens because as much as it sucks how dim they are, he’s seen a lot of cars where the LEDs melt right through the wiring, blow fuses, and even cause a FIRE in your engine!!!! Not worth the risk for me.

Doesn't work as expected. No where on the info does it tell u the battery or vehicle you are trying to boost must be above 40%.

Customer service Reps were rude and not helpful at all , got hung up on both via phone call and online chat

Headlights are a cool color but not nearly as bright as advertised. Color is 12000K and I purchased the 45 watt (9K lumens) but received the 35 watt bulbs instead. Right color and size, wrong brightness. Overall bulbs are cool but I wouldn't purchase again. Way too overpriced for the quality.

your co. must provide adapter to install led kit. spend another $60.00 to install it.

I wasn’t made aware I would need a relay harness to keep them from shutting off.. then customer service could not provide me with one as they were all out of stock told me to buy one on Amazon.... Lights 55W HID aren’t as bright as I imagined same for the LED’s

Brightness is excellent. Polarity was reversed on all the anti flicker. Required reversing the wires in the plugs because the plugs would not work when reversed. Customer service assisted in identifying the problem however I had to figure out the solution on You Tube.
