Good quality product
Good quality product. But it didn’t fit my headlights. It was the right bulb. The connection was loose and the bulb popped out going down the road and cracked the bulb itself. Will be returning but will probably consider purchasing again in the future

The return process to correct my…
The return process to correct my ordering error has been good to date. The replacement product appears to be top quality. I would have liked to see a little bit of an instruction sheet/installation guidelines information.

Had some issues at first
Had some issues with the HID bulbs I received. I contacted XenonPro and the customer service response was an awesome experience. They immediately corrected and went past my expectations

Higher expectations…
I received my lights in a reasonable time. I did have to buy a adaptor to the high beams thru amazon which was kind of an inconvenience. At first O was happy to received them. The lights look well made and sturdy, but the do not produce as much light as I was expecting, I even paid extra for the high output ones on both low and high beams. I don’t know if i will buy it again. Hopefully a this gets an improvement in the future.

Bright light, poor instructions
Happy with the brightness of the lights, but would have preferred the installation instructions not be buried on the website. Also, 1 of the lights had a ring that was needed loose in the box. XenonPro followed up immediately regarding the faulty ring and sent a replacement light. Excellent customer service.

Everything came fast and the order was…
Everything came fast and the order was complete. The instructions for installation sucked and they were a b***h to put in but I'm happy.
