We got 2 tickets for London NYE fireworks. We got order details from xchange but when tried to accept the tickets on ticket master it said not available. The whole day i tried to contact live customer services and they said tickets are guaranteed and refund will be done if any error comes up. And when we got to the event the police didnt let us in because we had only reservations and didnt have the actual tickets. We came all the way from turkey with my husband as a new year celebration and tried to have some fun but instead all we had disappointment. When we contacted customer services they said they will pay us back but guess what next morning ı got an email saying that we got the tickets and that’s why we cannot get refunded. WHat?? What tickets?? This is unbelievable Edit: Despite the reply I got from exchange, I didnt get any confirmation mail and I informed them about thr issue but no return or no refund… Edit 2: After tons of emails, I finally got my refund mail on 18th january and got paid the next day. Thank you. This shouldn’t have been that painful but anyway we got our refund..

Dear Sir/Madam, We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience you experienced at The Mayor of London’s Fireworks show due to the online e-ticket links provided by the third-party seller not working, which resulted in your entry being denied. Unfortunately, approximately 9% of orders involving online e-ticket links were denied entry, as those e-tickets were deemed fake despite having valid barcode tickets indirectly supplied by Ticketmaster. Stewards at some entry points specifically targeted tickets not purchased directly from Ticketmaster, insisting tickets be on the Ticketmaster app or account. However, the majority of our customers did gain access to the event with these e-ticket links. We have already issued a full refund to you, which should arrive back on your card within 10 working days of our email of refund confirmation. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have not received the refund confirmation email from us with your order reference in the email subject. Once again, sincere apologies.
