Worst experience
It was very disappointing service please never sell from this platform and they will make partial payments they will give unnecessary reasons to not to pay.. Please never use this platform What is the proof tickets are invalid did you update me same day or a day later so I could verify with the source, u replied after 15 days the ticket didn’t work which is total lie furnish the proof in review that u msg in 1-2 days of the event when tickets didn’t work , if u informed me i dont want anything, after 15 days which source will make refund

Unfortunately, 2 tickets provided to one customer were invalid, requiring us to source replacement tickets from another seller to ensure the customer could attend the event. As per the terms and conditions agreed upon during the ticket listing process, seller payments are only finalized if the buyer encounters no issues at the entry gates. Ticket did not arrive on time
I purchased one ticket on spur or the moment for the sidemen charity match in Wembley on 8.3.25. They have just sent the ticket through 17 hours before the match after complaining on the website. I was unsure whether they would send the ticket through or not. I live 5 hours from the venue and have now cancelled my transport and accommodation as was unsure if I would actually receive the ticket or not. I have tried all week to contact via phone...no answer. Very very disappointed.

This aligns with our terms and conditions, which state that tickets may, in some cases, be delivered just 4-12 hours prior to the event. We apologize if the timing did not meet your expectations. However, the ticket was sent at the same time it was received from the seller—approximately 17 hours before the event. Additionally, we have noted that you sold a ticket on our platform on 8th March (a day before the event) and supplied it to the buyer nearly 24 hours before the event. Do NOT use
Absolute scam, do not use. Tried selling some tickets and was told to email telling them when I would receive them. I emailed to let them know it would be a week before the event. I received no confirmation they received my email. Got closer to the time of the event so I tried calling them, no answer at all, it just rang out. I did this multiple times over multiple days. I even tried emailing again but there was yet again no response. Definitely do not use this company to buy or sell tickets.

We received your email on 19th Feb 2025 where you opted to sell tickets to your friend on higher price, then on 20th February you have changed your mind again. FYI we would contact you only when we may start receiving e-tickets from other sellers of the same event 3-5 days before the event as e-tickets need to be sent or transferred to the customer of your ticket sales only 24-72 hours before the event. I made the payment to buy India Vs…
I made the payment to buy India Vs Bangladesh tickets for 23rd Feb 25. The payment was done and the tickets were also issued but after 15 mins I received the text the tickets are invalid and please do not use the tickets to avoid any inconvenience and was assured to receive the valid tickets soon which was not happened and I lost my money with this booking.

We have booked two tickets from xchange website for India vs Bangladesh with order number 350220023 but we didn't get the tickets we are waiting for the refund..

We noticed that you have booked tickets just 3-4 hours before before the event. We would advise early booking in the future to avoid such situations where sellers are unable to provide tickets few hours before the event. FULL REFUND was already issued and it may arrive back on your card within 7-10 working days. Apologies once again.

Deception and fraud
The tickets did not arrive before the cricket event (India vs Bangladesh). The terms and condition state the tickets will arrive 24-48 hours before the event. It is now 1 hour before the event and I still do not have the tickets. I can’t leave and make my way there because, I don’t know if I will have tickets or not. I’m taking my 5 year old son so can’t risk standing outside. The terms and conditions also state the company provide an 100% Refund to the buyer if the seller is unable to dispatch/provide tickets timely before the event, which is the case. When I asked for a refund, the company hung up and they did not answer the phone again after a series of calls. Appears to be a fake ticket selling site so I would avoid at all cost. I’ve contacted my credit card company and reported it as fraud.

I have Booked 4 Tickets for the India…
I have Booked 4 Tickets for the India Bangladesh Match and was done 24 hrs.I still havent got my ticket inspite of paying high ticket price.The customer service is pathetic and they come with only one reply...Your ticket will be delivered before the event starts. Would never recommend this website to anyone.....

I have bought ticket for Bangladesh vs india match of icc champions trophy five days ago. Tomorrow is the match. But still i don’t get my ticket. It's the worst platform. Even price also high. Same ticket i bought from another site with very lower price.

Dear Riad Hossain, As per record, your e-tickets were sent to you on 19 Feb around 9pm UAE time (a day before the event). They were sent to you immediately after we received them from the sellers.
