Sold my tickets in 24hrs and corrected a mistake with great tickets,very happy Son.

The service is generally very good. Follow up is also very good. The supplier would get 5 stars. The platform I am giving 4 stars as some things could be explained better before purchase. However the team followed up very well and took care of any concerns I raised.

The process is very nice. What I found is when you sell a ticket, you instantly collect the money. Then when your customer sell a ticket why you are not disbursing the money instantly? I sold 4 tickets but I didn’t get my money even for the first ticket I sold more than 12 days ago. This should improve.

The biggest complaint was that finding the tickets was not easy when clicking links in the email notifications. The links should do to the tickets not the ticket management screen. I had to search and reread instructions multiple times to locate my tickets and instructed others in how to do it.

Everything good. My first time as a customer, would have been better to hear an update instead of receiving tickets with 2 days to go. Thanks

I bought 2 tickets and we were told at the first checkpoint that they were fake as no in Ticketmaster format. It looks there has been some miscommunication between all the organising parties. I can see many negative reviews re. NYE fireworks display event BUT the tickets were actually valid if you managed (we went to other gate where checks were not done properly) to get to the second check point where the barcodes were scanned. Regardless, the reseller should be more responsive on the day when the issue was raised. I have got a response from them 24h later with the full refund offer.
