Great Product and Outstanding Support
I purchased the XbotGo Chameleon about two years ago, and it has been an excellent investment. It has allowed me to record my child’s basketball games effortlessly, without having to manage the recording myself. As a result, I’ve been able to spend more time enjoying the games and interacting with other parents. When XbotGo introduced the Falcon, I was excited and placed a pre-order right away. The Falcon has made the recording process even more convenient. With it handling video capture, I can freely use my phone during games. In addition, its battery life supports up to four hours of recording, which is ideal for longer game days. Last weekend, my son had multiple games, and in the rush after the game of the day, I unfortunately lost the quick-release plate. I was disappointed, as it meant I wouldn’t be able to record the following day’s game. After returning home, I reached out to the XbotGo support team. Mark responded promptly and was extremely helpful in arranging a replacement. I truly appreciate Mark’s quick response and excellent customer service. Experiences like this reinforce my confidence in XbotGo, and I look forward to continuing with their products in the future. Thank you again, Mark, for your outstanding support.
