Dear Bryan, This is the kind of feedback that really means a lot to us. You’ve been using XbotGo for over a year and have put Falcon through some seriously demanding conditions in Florida, so hearing that it’s been performing reliably in both the heat and rain is especially great to hear. We also love the way you measure tracking performance — 80–90 plays in a 7v7 game and only a handful missed is a pretty great real-world benchmark. And your point about camera placement and field mapping making an already good result even better is something we know will be helpful to other users as well. Thanks for putting Falcon to the test and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to have you with us! Warm regards, XbotGo Service Team

Dear Stuart, We’re glad we were able to help after what happened with your camera. Accidents can happen, especially when filming outdoors, and we know how frustrating it can be when your equipment gets damaged unexpectedly. It’s great to hear that you’ve continued with XbotGo, and we truly appreciate the 5-star rating. We hope your new camera keeps capturing plenty of great moments for you, with hopefully a lot less wind this time! Warm regards, XbotGo Service Team
