Hi there, Thank you so much for being with us since the beginning! It is incredible to hear from an original Kickstarter backer who is still typing with us today. Moving from the original model to the Knight with Silent Browns is a serious upgrade—those switches are perfect for the office (or just late-night typing without waking the house). We truly appreciate your trust over the years. If you ever need fresh keycaps or just want to chat about your setup, we are here for you. Type healthy, The X-Bows Team

Hi Mrs.P, I am truly sorry that our communication 'dwindled' when you needed help. That is not how we want to treat our long-term users, and we have recently overhauled our support team to ensure no ticket is ever left unfinished like that again. Regarding the repair: It sounds like you were looking for specific replacement switches for the Nature. We actually have stock of these components available for users exactly in your situation. Even though this purchase was from 2022, we feel responsible for the fact that your original support request was never resolved. We would like to send you the replacement switches (or discuss a replacement unit) to get you back up and running. Please email us at [email protected] (Subject: 'Trustpilot - Mrs.P') or reply to the 'Request Information' notification I just sent. We want to finish the job we should have finished back then. Best regards, The X-Bows Team

Hi Robert, I am reading through our historic reviews to ensure no case was left unresolved, and yours stands out as a complete failure on our part. I apologize for the timeline you endured: from the delay in Jan 2023 to the replacement unit failing in Aug 2023, and finally the frustration of being asked to provide information we should have already had. You deserved a working keyboard and responsive support, and you received neither. We have recently overhauled our management and support systems to prevent this exact cycle of frustration. If you never received a final resolution or refund for that failed unit, I want to fix that immediately. I have used the 'Request Information' tool to ask for your order details securely. If you are still receiving these notifications, please reply so I can issue a full refund to close this chapter properly. Sincerely, The X-Bows Team Hi Robert, thank you for your patience and for providing your details. We have located your original order number and have just sent a detailed email to your Gmail address to explore a resolution for your Knight keyboard. We look forward to getting this sorted out for you! Sincerely, The X-Bows Team

Hi Stefan, You absolutely nailed our design philosophy! Our goal was exactly what you described: to fix the wrist angle and activate those 'versatile thumbs' without forcing users to relearn typing on a complicated split board. We also love your point about one-handed use with a pen or mouse. That is a huge benefit for designers and creatives that doesn't get mentioned enough. We are honored that your search for the perfect keyboard is finally over. Type healthy, The X-Bows Team

Hi Norman, Thank you for the detailed feedback. We sincerely appreciate that you have given the board 'several tries' since your purchase in 2021. You are absolutely correct that the relative position of 'F' and 'T' on an X-Bows differs from the Microsoft Ergo 4000. The reason for this difference is that X-Bows uses a radial arrangement. When a person's fingers extend naturally, the trajectory of the fingertips is radial, and the spacing between them gradually widens. Our layout mimics this natural fanning motion. In contrast, traditional keyboards (even split ones like the MS 4000) force a cramped layout where the keys remain close together regardless of finger extension. Because we are all so accustomed to that cramped feeling, the natural stretching motion of the X-Bows can feel unfamiliar or 'gappy' at first. However, we value the perspective of experienced users like yourself. If you have further insights on how we can refine this balance, please email us at [email protected]. Best regards, The X-Bows Team

Hi Marcos, Thank you for being a loyal user for years! It is incredible to hear that you own multiple units and that your typing speed on X-Bows has actually surpassed your speed on regular keyboards. However, seeing a 1-star rating from such a long-term fan is a wake-up call. You are absolutely right: in the past, our support was absent. We have recently overhauled our entire support department to ensure that the quality of our service finally matches the quality of the keyboards you love. We hope that as we prove this new standard to you, we might earn a rating that reflects your typing experience. Best regards, The X-Bows Team

Hi D.H., I am incredibly sorry. Waiting over a month only to receive a damaged unit is heartbreaking. Based on your description of the cracked keys, it sounds like the package may have been crushed or severely damaged during transportation. We have seen rare cases where heavy impacts during shipping deform the keyboard and shatter the keycaps. This is 100% our responsibility to fix, not yours. You should never have to pay for a courier's mistake. I see this review is from March 2024. If this case was never fully resolved—or if you received a replacement but were still unsatisfied—I want to fix it now. Please email [email protected] (Subject: 'Trustpilot - DH'). If the unit arrived broken, we will replace the entire keyboard, no questions asked. Best regards, The X-Bows Team

Hi Daniel, I am truly sorry. You are absolutely right—you ordered during the most difficult period in our company's history, and we failed to deliver for you. In 2023, we faced a severe supply chain crisis that forced us to pause production for nearly a year. This disruption paralyzed our ability to fulfill orders or process refunds as quickly as we should have. You were caught in the middle of that storm, and for that, I apologize. The good news is that production has fully resumed, and we are back on solid ground. I have used the 'Request Information' tool to ask for your order number. Please reply to it (or email [email protected] with 'Trustpilot - Daniel') so I can ship your unit today. We want to finally fulfill the promise we made to you in 2023. Best regards, The X-Bows Team
