Hi Russell, I'm sorry to hear about the shipping delay and the PCBA issue after four years of use. Please send your original order number to [email protected] so I can look into the history of your boards and see how we can best assist you. – Sig, Founder of X-Bows

Hi Markus, thank you for being an original Kickstarter backer and for choosing to upgrade to the Crystal! We truly value feedback from a professional with 25+ years of experience in IT. I understand; we are currently working on upgrading the Crystal with ZMK firmware. Thank you very much for your comments.

Hi Marcos, Thank you for being a loyal user for years! It is incredible to hear that you own multiple units and that your typing speed on X-Bows has actually surpassed your speed on regular keyboards. However, seeing a 1-star rating from such a long-term fan is a wake-up call. You are absolutely right: in the past, our support was absent. We have recently overhauled our entire support department to ensure that the quality of our service finally matches the quality of the keyboards you love. We hope that as we prove this new standard to you, we might earn a rating that reflects your typing experience. Best regards, The X-Bows Team

Hi George, Thank you for the honest 4-star review! You nailed exactly why we exist: to bridge the gap between 'Mechanical' and 'Ergonomic' so you don't have to choose one or the other. Regarding the switches: I am impressed that you did the repair yourself! You mentioned your son's Keychron feels better. We actually agreed with you that our older stock switches needed an upgrade. That is why we have switched our production line to Gateron G Pro 3.0 switches. We wanted to ensure that the stock typing experience feels smoother, more stable. Of course, the beauty of your X-Bows is that you can always swap in your own favorites (like you did!), but we are committed to making sure the default switches are top-tier moving forward. Best regards, The X-Bows Team

Hi KP, I am writing this long after your review, but I wanted to publicly apologize. Looking back at our records from early 2024, we see that we failed to respond to your ticket about the missing keycap. We have since overhauled our support team to ensure this doesn't happen again. I want to make this right. Instead of just sending the single missing keycap, I would like to send you a brand new, full set of keycaps so you have spares for the future, free of charge. I have used the 'Request Information' tool to find your original ticket. Please reply to that notification (or email [email protected] with 'Trustpilot - KP'), and we will prioritize your shipment immediately. Apologies again, The X-Bows Team
