Still have not received my shoes. I have also emailed to reach out and got no response. I spend $140 on these, I am not happy.

Please include EE/WW sizes. The wide size still isn't wide enough for me.

Excellent shopping experience.

I was concerned about my sizing and wanted to check so contacted support with my measures. I’m from Australia so didn’t want to return them (and had no time as I needed them for an event) and wanted to see if the measures are true to what they suggested. What they suggested was perfect. I purchased the Donna platforms. These are true wide shoes. So go off your foot measures in the sizing chart. I got a size 10. My ball birth is closer to 270 the shoes I got stated on the sizing chart to be ball girth of 259 so there is extra room then depicted (which I was grateful for) they fit my width of 270 perfect! So I can only assume all sizes would be a little wider than the width stated? And have someone measure your foot whilst you are standing so it’s flat to the ground and as feet spread when weight bearing. I like to give detailed advice and info in my reviews as generic reviews annoy me when they say it’s tighter or looser without giving measures. The length was the exact to the measures. So if you are concerned about the width in comparison to the chart with your foot width being a little wider then it states; personally I would go off your foot length measure and making sure that is accurate because the width is a little wider or has more give then the measure stated. The ankle straps fit my fatty ankles and have elastic near the buckle (which is great) as it helps to make it snug but not tight and allows it to movement a little when you walk or sit so it doesn’t cut in. I have purchased other ‘wide’ brands and they aren’t ‘wide’. These are. I would buy from here again.

The shoe itself is gorgeous, even nicer than the photos. The fit is a bit bigger than expected. It is wide but also very roomy in the toe box itself. I can even wear thick thermal socks and still walk around comfortably. The only issue I have with this model is that even with the arch support insole, it is still relatively flat so I can’t walk around or stand for super long and can’t run in them at all. That being said this is a huge improvement from Doc Martens which don’t offer wide fit yet look just as cool and edgy!

I bought the Donna platform sandals in black and my god, they are the best heel I have ever worn. I have worn to a few occasions that have included walking and dancing and no pain at the end of the day. Definitely worth the investment as a plus size girl who loves to dress up. A good pair of shoes complete the outfit and think pain makes it 1000 x better

I have contacted WYDR via email for a return slip multiple times. As of this moment I have not received a return slip nor a response. I would like to return the shoes I purchased that do not fit and a refund.

They actually fit!!!! Not trouble getting in to them.
