I am trying to return a pair of shows that do not fit. They give a support e mail that keeps kicking back They provide an online form to request help and then they do not reply. The process to return has now taken me 3 days and I am nowhere with being contacted. Makes me feel very uneasy about this company. Great at marketing but no customer service if you want to return something!

This is my 4th pair of Wydr shoes, 5th if you count the pair I had to return due to not being able to get my feet in them. I love my others and these shoes are cute for sure. They feel a little strange - not uncomfortable, just odd. However: the first day I wore them, they caused my toes to swell up like sausages. And the pain? My God, it's terrible. It's been a week and a half and my toes are still swollen and I don't feel like I'll ever have the courage to wear them again. Unfortunately, I also can't return them since they've been worn, so these shoes cost me $130 to wear one tine. Plus the $200 the podiatrist charged me and whatever my follow up visit(s) cost. And a whole lot of pain

When returning shoes to Wydr, you need to email the company and request a return label. After five days, I still have not received the label. At this rate, the thirty days return period will elapse. What a scam!

The return process has been abysmal. I’m still waiting on my refund and one of the items has been returned for weeks. There was a mistake on my end where I mixed up the return labels for the shoes I was returning and they were kind about it. The item still made it back to their warehouse and I never heard anything about it for weeks. That is the only reason for the second star. There is no reason this business should be so uncommunicative and difficult to contact. They never follow up with you unless you say something to them first. Every answer is “our team will get back to you” or “our team is checking that out” and weeks will go by without you hearing a word. So frustrating. I just want my refund.

Update: customer service is fairly awful. Also for the record- even though they will email you over and over and over again about submitting a trust pilot review- i never got the promised $15 off coupon. I have placed 2 orders so far, each time for 1 pair of sneakers and 1 pair of sandals. What they dont tell you is that the sandals always seem to ship from the heart of China. Choose your size carefully because the shipping takes FOREVER. Ive had much better luck with the sneakers which seem to come from California. They are very comfy- I have 2 colors so far. They squeak when I walk, but dont activate my lymphadema in my foot and I think they look like cute sneakers rather than orthopedic shoes.

I have ordered 8 pair of shoes from WYDR over the last 3 months, and had to return 2 of them due to being way too big (yes, I used their recommended sizing charts). Delivery is slow, but understandable, with long gaps in shipping status due to international transport. Making a return is even slower, however - It’s been nearly a month, and I’m still waiting on my 2 refunds, and tracking shows they were received 3 weeks ago. Of the 6 pairs I kept, while comfortable, the first pair of red Mary Jane T-Straps I bought scratched terribly during the first wear, which was completely indoors on carpeted surfaces, worn for just 2 hours. I bumped one shoe against the other and it ripped off a chunk of the “leather”. Disappointed, as these are very expensive shoes, but stuck with them because it’s been more than 30 days since I received them, and hoping the others hold up better.

This is my fourth “nudge” to share a review, so here I go. This is a young company with much to learn regarding the Australian market who are used to easy returns and prompt refunds. I purchased several pairs of shoes in March. The type of shoe doesn’t work for me because of bone spurs on both big toe joints. I thought they would be worth a try because of their wider fit, but no joy. I followed instructions to email them prior to return. First of all they said I couldn’t return because I bought them during a promotion. When I checked the website, the shoes I had purchased were in fact more expensive than their current price. When I said this was unacceptable they then said they would refund two pairs and give me a store credit for the other two pairs. I explained again that their style of shoe won’t work for me so there was no point in me having a store credit for shoes I would never purchase. After saying that I would look at my purchaser and consumer rights and that as a 71 year old I was finding all of this a bit stressful , they eventually agreed to refund me. I am still waiting for this refund and it is the end of April. In short, I think the shoes are nice and a good option for wider feet. Their communication and refund process needs to be improved if they want to sell successfully to an Australian market.

The shoes are great but the customer service is unresponsive and chose a terrible carrier that I’d never heard of who also won’t respond. If you get the wrong order or your package is “undeliverable” best of luck because this company doesn’t care
