Communication with customer service is terrible. It took 2 months to finally get refunded for a return (order was placed in around August 20th)because they sent an exchange when I requested a return. Definitely won't be buying from this company again.

I should be paid for the time I had to spend getting a refund from you. Also, I started getting fraud calls after my purchase. I think your system is corrupt and you are all a bunch of crooks!

Our team usually responds to emails within 24-48 hours of receiving the email – so even if you don't hear back from them immediately, we ensure you that they do reply to every email received. If it's been longer than 48 hours, please check your junk folder to see if our response ended up there – this can happen sometimes. If you've done all of the above and there's still no sign of an email, you can always DM us on Instagram or Facebook – our social teams look at DMs daily and will flag your concerns with the customer support team where necessary!

shoes were very uncomfortable. The length and width were fine but everything else was horrible. They were like wearing blocks of wood. They hurt the bottom of my feet. They bruised the bottom of my feet and the strap would not stay up. When I contacted them, they made it very difficult to get any kind of replacement and made it so difficult. I just gave up because it wasn’t worth the hassle. The idea of this company is a great one. The application is horrible. Stay away.

It seems that the original return request was not accepted because the shoes has been worn and were not in an unused condition (which is part of our return policy). However, after some back and forth, our team did offer you store credit or a refund and we haven't heard back from you since. I have purchased WYDR shoes in the past that I love. I ordered a Mary Jane style sneaker wherein the top strap was too short - the Velcro would not fasten over my foot. I intended to order a larger pair. I arranger for the return of the too small pair and sent them back promptly. I have never received a refund for the returned shoes. I will not order any additional shoes from WYDR until my refund is actually received. My problem is not with the quality or sizing of the shoes, but with the handling of my return/refund. Update: I have now finally received the refund as promised. It was a very lengthy time, but it has been resolved. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. My package was delivered to the wrong address, this was confirmed with a picture from the delivery company. They said they’re “investigating” it’s been almost 3 weeks with no resolution

I bought 2 pairs of these shoes to wear fir my sons wedding. Unfortunately these were the most uncomfortable shoes I had. The width was not right o had to buy shoe stretchers. The heels were so uncomfortable that after 1 hour I couldn't walk. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone and if I knew you would do it i would ask for a full refund. The shoes are worthless since I can't wear them and they were fairly expensive.

This is not a legitimate company. I was charged an international transaction fee for converting currency into Chinese currency, even though there was absolutely no indication on the website that this would occur. The shoes arrived on time, but they are low quality (basically large plastic doll shoes). When I emailed the company to initiate a return, the company took several days to respond, then asked me to send pictures of my feet in the shoes. I refused to do so, and they did send me a return label. I immediately sent the shoes back using the return label, and I asked the company to update me about the refund. I never heard from them, and I did not receive a refund after two weeks. I have complained to the company about not receiving a refund and have yet to hear back. Do NOT purchase anything from Wydr. I will continue to demand a refund of both the shoe cost and the transaction fee. If I don't receive both, I will contest the charge with the credit card company.
