The robot pool cleaner stopped working after just over one year. Despite having a 2 year warranty they are refusing to replace the unit. There has been water leaking into the electrical area which caused the failure, so it's a clear manufacturing issue.

There are reviews on Amazon but the company is somehow able to hide negative reviews. So it is very difficult to find any negative reviews online. But look here, and there are many! I'm fighting this through my credit card company at this time. I reported the failure less than 2 months after receiving the product. I took longer than 30 days allowed figuring there is a 2 year warranty and did troubleshooting myself to try to figure out why it wasn't working. It started off as not charging fully, I took it out of the water and charged with a cable. The robot shows fully charged and then eventually completely died, showing 5 lights fully charged when plugged in, but when the charging plug is removed, the lights go away and the unit does not turn on. Battery must be completely dead. Don't do it! When Wybot found out about the chargeback and failed support, Wybot "apologized" and assigned me a new person (bot?) to talk to who originally said they would send a label for return, but now as reneged and stated that since I did not report the issue within 30 days I am responsible for the return charge. I refuse to spend anymore money on this thing in order to get a replacement of the same caliber of product and have to deal with their non-support. I have spent over one month without a working robot that cost me $1500 US and the purchase of a manual pool vacuum so I can vacuum my pool while waiting to see if I lost $1500. ** UPDATE ** I finally got my money back, no thanks to Wybot. I had to file a chargeback through my credit card. It was way too much effort to report the issues to the company with poor customer service, long response times because who is going to question their claim of 24x7 support until it happens? Be aware that when and if you do get them to accept a return they will push you to take a replacement which is likely a previous refurbished unit that will fail. I would not be surprised if my unit was previously refurbished considering how quickly it failed.

Horrible product worked for one day only. Never buy from them!

SAV inexistant. Une simple demande de fournisseur pour une batterie ne recoit AUCUNE reponse apres 15Jours. De plus les batteries semblent poser soucis il suffit de regarder le net pour voir par ex que comme nous la batterie du modele S2 a lache en meme pas 2ans.. Quand il fonctionne.. ce robot marche assez bien mais anormal de n'avoir aucune reponse et laisser les clients en panne alors que l'on demande une simple adresse de fournisseur. il a fallu se debrouiller seuls.

Le robot a fonctionné correctement pendant 1 an (j'en étais très satisfait) puis il a cessé de prendre la charge. J'ai contacté le SAV non sans mal et j'ai du : - leur prouver avec plusieurs videos que je savais brancher un robot et qu'il y avait bien un dysfonctionnement. - leur faire valider la qualité du colisage avant renvoi du produit. - renvoyer A MES FRAIS le robot aux Pays-Bas. - faire le suivi de livraison a leur demande (car ils sont débordés ...) et leur prouver que le colis leur avait bien été livré. J'ai gardé tous les mails prouvant ces échanges. Et depuis plusieurs semaines, aucune nouvelle malgré mes nombreuses relances. Je vais porter plainte car leur SAV est inacceptable et non professionnel. Fuir l'achat en direct WYBOT car vous n'aurez aucun interlocuteur fiable !

I purchased the Wybot B1 from the company. Although the set-up and functionality was good, the remaining was extremely poor. In the app, I was never able to leave a pre-set "quick clean mode". It would be fore-front and I could not get around it. I could see the other settings, but could not use them. Here's the kicker...customer service is clearly all Chinese. There has to be an AI translater being used for all correspondence, because the same questions were being repeated ad nauseam. Then, after 2 weeks of going back and forth, they still were confused what the problem was. They agreed to refund me for this product, stating they were generous not to charge me for the return, when I had paid for an additional warrant allowing free returns. Additionally, they instructed me to cover the biohazard label on the box before returning...a FEDERAL OFFENSE. Beware of this company, as they are clearly Chinese owned and appear to violate many USA laws in their business.

J’ai envoyé mon robot en réparation, il m’envoie un bateau par mail et vous envoie une adresse robot il coincé au Pays-Bas avec un numéro de téléphone qui n’existe pas qui vous envoie une boutique on va le réparer le problème c’est qu’il est toujours bloqué ça fait plus d’une semaine

Very poor customer service . C2 broke and wouldn't work after 11 months . WYBOT not interested in assisting . Their warranty is a complete waste of time
