The F1 Skimmer I purchased has never worked. It won’t charge via the solar. Had to purchase the charger separately. Charged it up to 100% and STILL does nothing. Customer service is nonexistent. No one picks up when you call and no one calls back. Filing a claim with my CC company and will continue to leave this reviews on every social media platform I can until this is resolved.

Attention,cette entreprise a un SAV nul. Ils ne comprennent pas le français et en cas de problème de batterie par exemple avec un robot piscine ou autre vous pouvez jeter votre robot à la poubelle car ils sont incapable de donner un lien pour acheter une batterie.

Unit worked great for about 9 months. Now goes to the bottom and just sits there with a red light on. Although they show a warranty, the only guarantee I've experienced is a guarantee of no service. Been trying to get warrantied service with absolutely no success. 2/3/26 - This response (10 months later on this review) seems typical of the service I received. "Promise the world, give a fancy statement, but deliver absolutely NOTHING. Not a company I would ever deal with again.

Bon produit apparemment mais alors le service ..... voilà ma petite histoire d'achat d’un robot C2 : 2 semaines pour être livré après maints et maints mails. En m’expliquant que DHL est responsable ils me proposent 30€ pour me calmer un peu, mais moi je voulais juste mon robot. Je reçois après 15 jours d’attente le fameux robot. Je demande pour les 30€ on me répond que c’est la faute de DHL donc pas de remboursement. Incroyable, cette société est loin d’être commerciale. TELLEMENT DÉÇU, UNE HONTE, il me reste à espérer qu’il ne va pas tomber en panne

I purchased a Wybot L1 last summer 2024 and had nothing but problems with it connecting to its app. It would only work for around 5-10 minutes and then quits. I am so tired of dealing with this terrible company that has the worst customer service. They sent me an email to return it at my own expense like so many other reviews I have read. I looked up the address & it looks like a strip mall in Calif. & not the actual company location. They will not tell you where their company is located at. Plus their website offers commission to sell these machines, so no telling where their equipment is coming from. I'm not sure I want to waste more money to ship my Wybot back, especially after reading reviews where they did return theirs and then waited a very long time afterwards only for them to be offer a refurbished one that doesn't work either or be told it's your fault that it doesn't work & you get nothing. They advertise that they offer a 2 year warranty but they do not honor it. I would like to see every customer that had issues with Wybot to get together and start a petition to submit a Class Action Lawsuit against Wybot. They have stolen our money for a piece of expensive junk.

They take a week to answer and tell you exactly what the manual says. Then whey complaining on social media they blocked me.

Written 11 months ago on Kickstarter website My Wybot has stopped working altogether, and prior to stopping also had the charging problem. I have so far made 5 telephone calls to Wybot support, and had no response from their "service" team. And apparently you cannot talk to the service team. I have also sent multiple emails to Wybot support and have not received any response at all. This is very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. I am not sure who to try and contact next, but my Wybot Pool Cleaner has not worked since December last year, and this has been the summer that it was sorely needed in Australia. I need someone from Wybot Pool to actually get in touch with me and organise a replacent unit. Does anyone have any contact numbers for Wybot, apart from the support number in the USA? I am starting to feel that we have been ripped off.
