Love their lights, there futuristic and alway fun to use

The wuben G5 is a great little EDC torch. Excellent build quality, a long lasting battery, swivel head and a strong magnet. I have the ice cracks version, the surface finish is awesome. I wish wuben would extend this to other models one day.

I Purchased the Wuben 1x Pro. I have to say it is an awesome flash light. I absolutely love it. Great features including the cooling fan. I have told many people about it. They also have other Wuben torches but now want to Pro version. Keep up the excellent work Wuben. :).

This is a great all around carry. I have used it often, no issues. Love it, quality, build, and ease of use.

Was excited about this flashlight. The Wuben X4 Compact. Battery will not charge and I have emailed them a few times with no response.

I contacted WUBEN because I was genuinely interested in buying the X1Pro and wanted clarification on a few perfectly legitimate technical points before purchasing. These days, fewer and fewer companies seem to understand what customer service actually means or what it means to be genuinely available to customers, and the results speak for themselves. They replied once. As soon as I asked for precise answers to the points they had left unresolved, customer service simply disappeared. Even a polite follow up was ignored. That is unacceptable. Courtesy and professionalism are not favours a company does for its customers. Responding to a prospective customer is part of the job, and ultimately a company is doing itself a favour by protecting its own reputation. A brand’s image matters just as much as the products it sells. If WUBEN is only interested in customers who buy first and ask questions later, then I am clearly not the customer they want. I prefer to understand what I am buying, particularly when the company itself makes technical claims about the product that deserve clarification. Given this experience, the amount of negative feedback about WUBEN’s customer service is hardly surprising. I will not be purchasing directly from WUBEN. If I decide to buy the X1Pro, I will do so through a platform such as Amazon, where the return process is considerably simpler and I have far more practical protection if something goes wrong. A potentially good product does not excuse poor customer service. Professionalism should be the minimum, not an optional extra.

I’ve purchased many Wuben lights and they have all treated me well, are high quality built, (it’s easy to spot low quality lights) and worked as expected with reliability. Models like the G5 and X4 have been my favorites. Just got my brother an X4 in white! I’ve owned something like 150 - 200 flashlights over the years and currently have approximately 100. With all those choices, I still get excited when I see a new Wuben hit the market! I can’t comment on customer service because I’ve never had a reason to contact them.

Excellent customer service with proper communication and considerably fast shipping. The X4 is pretty versatile EDC light that I have usd in multiple scenarios - from close quarters in buildings and on the street, to camping light and signal light on top of my car. The sliding and rotary button could be better, providing more feedback, the CRI is a bit on the lower side but still good enough. Overall it’s a good all-rounder light.
