very happy with product and fast shipment

I have ordered from this company for many years, and I have been pleased with their products and service.

I had a problem needing CDs and DVDs right away, WTS got right on it and help me get the items I needed. They all did a great job.

This is the third order from WTSmedia. I purchased CDs/DVDs/Sleeves. All products were shipped immediately and the products are of superior quality. My only negative is they DO NOT identify the individual containers of DVDs with the manufacturer and information.

I have been purchasing my DVD and CD stock almost exclusively now from WTS. The product is excellent and the free shipping is BONUS! I have also had DVD card sleeve printing done...fabulous pricing, quick turn, quality output. Recently I have started purchasing packaging and am finding the product comparable as well to competitors. I am very pleased with the relationship I have with my rep and she is quick to get back with me on pricing and product questions. I do most of my duplication work in house but would not hesitate to work with them for future fulfillment.

Being in the country music business for years I have recorded in Los Angeles, New York and mostly Nashville. I have had recording contracts and seen my product (DVD and CD) packaging and artwork done by the best in the business. I now choose WTS media for my artwork and packaging because THEY are as great or better than anyone in the business. Not only are they great at what they do they also treat you like part of the WTS family. They are timely in the delivery of your product and prices are the best. In an Industry that is so competitive you need the best..I choose WTS media because they are in short the BEST. My rep at WTS media is Jeff Mankin. Jeff understands the client and what they need. Not every client is in the country/Christian music business like myself. Jeff gets that and is able work with any client in any genre. I also appreciate WTS media for their core Christian values. They will not produce any product with foul language or un christian visuals. In short I am thankful for finding Jeff and WTS media and will continue to work with them as long as I am in the business of manufacturing Cody McCarver products.

I have used WTS on several projects over the past 3.5 years. They're always very prompt, accurate, and reliable. They also provide a high level of personal service to our account and are quick to assist when I need something. They are a very valued partner to our business.

I appreicate everyone at WTS - they always make me feel like i'm the only client they are dealing with. They make special trips to Nashville just so the product arrives on time (even if it's in the back of their own personal truck). They have the best pricing of any replicator/dupicator that i have found. I love working with WTS and I do on a daily basis
