WTSmediaReviews of wtsmedia.com

My band has had a great experience working with WTS. They are incredibly affordable, friendly, provide good-quality material, and address any issues immediately. We've only had CDs printed but I'm really glad we went with them. We're on our fourth batch and plan on sticking with them.

Four years ago I began looking for a way to have a customized CD to use in my church's audio ministry. At that time, I selected WTSmedia because they appeared to have a good price and a way that I could use to create a custom design for my CDs. We ended up ordering 1200 of one design and 800 of another. A few weeks ago I again contacted WTSmedia to place a new order since I only had 100 of the 2nd design and 200 of the first left. (That turned out to be a good guess). Since I still had my original designs I was hoping that it would be quicker this time. I was extremely happy when I contacted them and gave them my customer number and withing a few seconds they had pulled up all of the details on my first order and design and all that I had to do was to confirm my information and tell them that this time I wanted 1000 of each design. A couple of weeks later (including a holiday) the four boxes arrived and now I have plenty of supplies for another four years (or less if I can expand this ministry - ). Excellent Customer Service! If you need CDs or DVDs, you can't go wrong by choosing this company. They have an excellent product, price and especially service.

Second reorder from this wonderful company. Actually arrived early! I will continue to get reorders as well as all new albums done with WTS!!

Wonderful customer service and their products are of high quality for an amazing price. I'm so happy with how my CDs turned out!

Everything was good

Our church has been using WTS Media for many years. We have never been disappointed with our supplies purchases, dvd or cd duplications. Christy is an absolute job to work with and a blessing. I would recommend anyone business or personal to use this company.

I have ordered our CDs from WTS for a couple years now and I wouldn't consider trusting our CD replication to anyone but WTS. Hands down the best company. I have been at this for 40+ years, I've dealt with just about every duplication company out there and NONE can even come close to WTS; their customer service, their turn-around and their prices. Christy is a joy to work with always quick to answer any questions or address any concerns that I may have. I have a part-time recording studio as well and when a client records I always recommend WTS.

We were very pleased with the quality of the product we ordered. The service and communication from WTSmedia was very prompt and thorough. We have worked with WTSmedia several times and have received the same professional service each time.
