I had ordered a medical regulator from another company for my O2 tank. I'd ordered it weeks before I would need it. A couple of days before we needed it, I called the other company to see where it was. They were out of stock and had neglected to contact me. I started a desperate early morning search for the right regulator. I would need it the following day or the day after. No one on the west coast was open, yet, and my online search was producing nothing . . . until I found WT Farley. They answered the phone right away, checked their inventory, and VOILA! The had what I needed! He could have sold me one that was 3 times the price, but he suggested a different regulator that would be safe and more than adequate for my needs. Understanding my desperation, they had the item packed up and on the FedEx truck within an hour. The service was beyond amazing! The regulator works perfectly. And I was able to administer O2 as soon as it was needed. These guys are my heroes!

I am very happy with how this purchase was received and processed, and the products were exactly what I needed. One of the main reasons I chose your company was because of the 360-degree photo of the single-stage yolk regulator, your competition had a poor photograph 2D and I could not see if the connecter was what I needed. As well, the video on the connecting hose was informative to me to the point of my being able to determine the type of hose, and that the connectors were the right ones. Our initial purchase just wasn't exactly what our engineer (biomed) needed. He called spoke iwth Mike and they decided what he was really needing. They had us ship the items back and then notified me via email to just go on line and order what was actually needed and not to worry about filling in everything, that they would take care of that and use the informatoin we provided before to save us time. Within minutes, our new order was on it's way and the wrong parts had return info and on their way. This was a very good experience on how this company works with their customers and helps them get what they need, etc. Thank you so very much.
