The order was incorrect, however Jared was punctual and prompt in addressing my concerns. If not for the great staff I’d return the product. The order issue is the only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars.

The whitey board stained with their own pens and wrinkled. The staff apologized and sent another one but the instructions misrepresented the product. We restretched the board and it is better now but we were not warned.

We bought this for our ten year old’s birthday. She loves to draw and what’s better than a 5x7 canvass that can be wiped clean to start the next masterpiece? We watched the video on YouTube and installation was a Piece of cake. It’s so Fun and so cool. It really makes the room!!

Very helpful. We love the product!
