stay away from this business. send out wrong product, don't process refunds, despitei product being mailed back at my expense. all emails ignored.

Wish I had checked here before purchasing. Bought the stick on whiteboard and it’s peeling off the wall immediately, the magnetic function is also extremely poor, with most things sliding straight off. When I contacted the company, they said it was due to ‘low quality magnets’ despite acknowledging they knew their product had less magnetic strength than other whiteboards. There’s no way I can find to put my review on their website so they clearly hand pick reviews from happy customers or fake reviews. What a waste of money and time.

Post sales support has been atrocious. They claim to give refunds within 30 days (in my case the board was peeling off my wall from all corners and could not even stick with sticky tape. And I also requested a refund within 30 days too). They rejected the refund request however they offered to send me a new board which is of a more "premium" quality so I accepted but I still haven't received anything from them + they have not responded to my emails about requesting a tracking number after a period of silence... From starting this process on January 3rd till now (mid March), I still have not received the new board as promised and it sounds like a refund is out of the question. Very disappointed. The Post-It sticky white board is a much better purchase and I've had no issues there so advise you to get that instead.

Won’t respond to refund request I ordered the wrong product but they won’t return my email re how to get a refund, nor have they responded to me on their online chat function. I also tried calling and left a message but nobody has responded at all. It’s been weeks and despite repeated contact attempts I’ve heard nothing at all from them.

I bought this adhesive board relying on the promise it would remove easily when needed. I live in rentals and when it was time to move, i tried to remove the writey whiteboard and it peeled off the paint on my walls. Cost me alot of $$ to have this damage repaired for landlord. Unreliable product unfortunately

I bought the premium stick-on whiteboard, expecting that, you know, it would work as claimed, but no. I spent over an hour carefully removing the board from the wall, only to have it pull off the paint on the last 1/6th of the board. Very disappointed and angry as this product has cost me more than it was worth since I now have to get that wall repainted.

We hired a painter to put this up and followed all instructions. We let the paint acclimate, our walls were 100% sealed, we wiped them all down, applied 50sqft at a time etc... and still the paint would not stick correctly. It kept separating on the walls and looked like water drops everywhere. It also dripped way past the thick tape and ended up gluing the tape to the wall causing small pieces of plaster to peel off the wall as we removed the tape. The walls still have some pieces of tape that just would not come off. We were told to sand and paint all the spots that were not sticking correctly but sanding did not work on those areas or where the tape was stuck. We used this product for our new training room that we had just finished remodeling and now have to fix the walls and re-paint everything. The only thing I found helpful was the customer service. Bruce was very responsive and helped as much as he could and sent us new paint to fix the walls but I would not suggest this product to anyone.

I have used it on my white board and it does not erase or remove the pen marks.
