WriteyboardReviews of writeyboards.com

Writey is an awesome company, their team is so responsive and helpful. I loved the sample of the Writeyboard and can't wait to get our renovation started so we can add some Writeyboards to the walls!

Lost in the Mail. First board I ordered got lost in the mail. I called and talked with a representative and they sent out a new one that day. A few days later and it was on my doorstep. Great response and great product.

Received my samples very fast! I really like the material and will be purchasing a larger board soon. The free marker with the sample was a very unexpected surprise.

I’ve bought Writey boards before (whiteboards, restickable whiteboards, blackboards, markers) and they’ve always given me excellent service. This time was no different. This time I ordered Writey board calendars which are excellent wall calendars. Though I encountered a small mixup with the calendars due to the reorganization/rebranding of the company, they immediately handled my request and had replacement calendars to me immediately. I’m a huge fan of this company and all of their products! They’ve put quite a bit of thought into every aspect of their product even down to the packaging. Plus using writeyboards gives a much cheaper yet classy option to some of the other whiteboard options out there. If you’re debating whether to buy or not, you can’t go wrong with this company especially with their excellent customer service.

When we ordered our first writeyboard, a couple markers and cleaning spray were lost in shipment. A simple email to the writeyboard team, and less than 24 hours later they informed me that our replacement markers and spray were en route! No hiccups in working with this company, and their products are simple to use and super high quality.

great product and excellent customer service...

I would have given Writeyboard 5 stars unfortunately when I received my 2 Pocket Writeyboards, the pens included with the boards did not work. However, I was thrilled to have found the company website as well as the item since my local store did not carry it. Additionally, the customer service rep was very pleasant and knowledgeable and the turnaround time was exceptionable.

Great service! A real human answers the phone. Sample and the product arrived promptly.
