Our daily routine involves a lot of tasks, so we need to be able to easily create and manage them. Wrike is the best tool to accomplish this because you can create a task and add info to it in gradually, first the task name, then the due date, the assignee and so on. There's no friction at all to feed the tasks/projects with information, that's the reason why Wrike works so well for us. Wrike offers much more functionality than you can imagine, you can not only manage tasks, but create really personalized tasks and projects with custom fields, several live views in formats like Gantt Chart, table and list view. You can set how much each team member costs by hour of work, and with time tracking you get real time reports for costs and risk management. Our clients use Wrike as guests (Wrike calls them "Collaborators") and make approvals using the best technology on the market, not only with comments, but with proof and versioning capabilities. The ability to create different workflow for tasks helps eliminated the need to create hundreds of subtasks and make the work just flow in a way we never could accomplish before. Wrike doesn't suffer from a common issue as other software, that is lacking functionality, they constantly add more possibilities and do a lot of research with users to make sure that their focus are on our needs.

Wrike has a clean and simple UI with a nice balance of synchronous and asynchronous communication features. The flexibility to use the tool for either project management or collaborative work management is great.

As an IT Project Manager, having a PMIS is essential to organizing projects and tasks and retaining project team and stakeholder communication throughout a project's lifecycle. Our agency implemented Wrike in early 2020 after using Asana for one year. At first, I was concerned about user adoption. But, Wrike provided a dedicated implementation specialist for our team to ensure we started slow and finished strong. After just a few weeks, my team picked up on the basics, and each member completed their Wrike Discover courses. I was quick to notify my team - and all other pilot users - that we would need to evaluate best practices to optimize the system. Most importantly, user adoption and ROI were dependent on consistent utilization, collective feedback, and collaborative development. We've now used Wrike daily for over a year, and the "resistance" from implementation is now "believers" and see the fruits of our collective labor. The mobile app allows for business continuity and flexibility to update, notify, and manage projects and tasks. As a PM who is pursuing his PMP certification, I can say without a doubt that Wrike's allowed me to practice and implement what I've learned, connect with other PMs in the Wrike Community, and witnessed weekly updates to Wrike's platform in response to users' feedback. Before, I've never used a SaaS product that provided the level of two-way transparency that Wrike provides with a direct Feedback Button built-in. I've read several negative reviews in this forum. All I can conclude is that perhaps those authors didn't give Wrike a chance, did not understand how project management works, or operated in a manner that is not conducive to using a PMIS. As a PM, I recommend Wrike for its sophistication, mobile adaptability, product roadmap transparency, community, technical support, and strategic partnership.

We recently deployed Wrike for the communications and marketing team of my mid-sized organization. In addition to easing the project-management burden and preventing any tasks from getting lost or overlooked, it has had the added benefit of allowing us to create a baseline for project capacity - we've got the receipts! - and set priorities accordingly.

I use Wrike daily since more than 5 years. Wrike is a very useful tool for managing projects and tasks which makes your work easier and more effective and it helps the department in our company to keep organized. The communication between other departments in our company is much better and helps to get things done more effectively. In dashboard you have a perfect overview to all assigned, to do and overdue tasks and in activity stream you get news about the work that is done in your team. Wrike is improving continually and over time they have developed many new features in order to achieve better efficiency...

I have been using Wrike for 2 years as a marketing and project manager and should admit the very convenient tools for task assignment, management, control, collaboration with the team. the best!
