I recieved my rug in a few days. The color and texture is even better than the picture. I love how it is vivid and pure in hues! My only slight issue is thatit is taking time to completely flatten from how it was rolled with some crinkles n ripples as if it happened quickly. I'm sure in time it will lay more flat. If not, I will contact the customer service number and go from there. Over all I am happy worth my purchase so far.
