While I do appreciate that I was given a full refund, I had to send an email twice and then I didn’t even get a response from anyone… I was just refunded and sent a return label. It would have been nice to get some sort of response….

The rug came folded weirdly rather than rolled. Some corners are bent up. I have it outside on my patio hoping it will straighten out overnight.

I’m writing this review because of the experience I had with this company. I initially ordered a rug however chose the wrong color. I immediately emailed the company to let them know without any answer. I thought maybe I was scammed. After 6 days they finally called me to say they got my email and had changed the rug to the one I wanted. I just told him I would prefer to just get a refund at this point in which he provided. So not a scam just a little slow at responding.

I purchased this rug for my outside wooden deck, but this rug isn't made for that type of outside deck, because if it would rain, the water would remain on the rug and would take a long time to dry, and underneath of the rug would grow mold, the material of this rug is thick. It’s better used inside the home.

The runner had great colors. It could have been wider and thicker for the price.
