1 Star — Wrangler Has One of the Most Ridiculous Return Processes I've Experienced I've purchased clothing online from plenty of retailers, but Wrangler.com has managed to turn a simple return into a completely unnecessary hassle. I purchased five pairs of jeans and decided to return all five. Sounds simple, right? Apparently not at Wrangler. Instead of allowing me to select all five items and process one return, Wrangler made me: Select each pair of jeans individually. Select a return location separately for every single pair. Generate and print five separate return labels. Deal with what appears to be five individual shipments instead of one simple return. FIVE PAIRS OF JEANS. FIVE RETURN LABELS. ONE UNNECESSARILY COMPLICATED PROCESS. It's 2026. How does a major clothing retailer not have a convenient way to return multiple items from the same order? Customers should not have to spend extra time navigating repetitive return screens, wasting paper, and potentially packaging and shipping every item separately. It's almost as though the return process was designed to discourage customers from returning merchandise. I actually like Wrangler products, which makes this experience even more frustrating. A company with Wrangler's reputation should have a return process that respects its customers' time. My advice to anyone considering ordering multiple sizes or styles from Wrangler.com: Think twice. Returning them may be far more trouble than you expect. Wrangler, here's a simple suggestion: Allow customers to select multiple items, generate one return, and ship everything in one package. Your competitors have figured this out. I'd genuinely like someone from Wrangler management to explain why returning five pairs of jeans needs to be this complicated.

I wish I had known how hopelessly incompetent this outfit is regarding shipping. Part of my order has been sitting in either Dallas of Hutchins Texas since September 18. Shameful. They deserve to fail.

I really like wrangler apparrel, and they make good clothes for guys who work outside for a living. I would be putting a 5 star review, exept for one thing. Over the last year, they have dropped the quality on their atg pants by quite a bit, while keeping the price the same. The pants went from one of a kind, to megh. They stopped doing their cool rivets, atg right side belt loop, and rubber wrangler logo inside the waistline that keeps your shirt tucked in. If they are cutting costs, I would 100% want that to be reflected on my end too, rather than paying the same amount for a degraded product.

Worst shipping and return service ever! Shipping took a month. Since it took a month and we needed the jeans, we purchased them in Walmart. All items were totaling $55, did a return and only received $34. Why? Oh because Wrangler charges a return fee! Never ever ordering online with them again.

First order, went perfectly fine…second order not so much. Order 4 pairs of jeans, when shipped it was labeled as 2 items. It went to a sorting facility, marked as delivered then changed to 1 item. Then updated to be delivered the following day. I received the package with half the items I ordered. Put a complaint to fed ex and wrangler customer service. Customer server said they would shit replacements within 24 hours. FedEx literally just keep saying it was delivered and disregarded the pre delivery mark and the item change. Been 5 days and told it’s being expedited. With an order number I can’t even access. I literally went on Walmart this morning, ordered 4 pairs of the same style jeans, same price, and had them delivered 4 hours later. The same day…wrangler and fed ex are a bunch of thieves

I’ll be honest: I had a preconceived notion about Wrangler jeans. I always associated the brand with cattlemen, rodeo riders, and the classic Western look. But the Retro Slim Straight completely flipped that script for me. These jeans are stylish, durable, and surprisingly affordable. The fit is clean and modern without being tight or trendy for the sake of it.

Placed my order on June 19, 2026. By July 2 my package was stalled in Dallas-never delivered. I waited the required 14 business days. Never received my order. Never received my refund. Never again!!
