I ordered an item on line from Wrangler october 11th and it's now november 1st and they are still processing the order after having lost the first item. I have ordered many clothes on line from other sources and never had to wait more than a week. Fedex was supposed to be the carrier but the item got as far as Tracy CA and then disappeared but Fedex refuses to do anything to look for it. All around a very disappointing experience.

No return shipping when something is not right. I paid over $11 to return a $25 item from Colorado to Oklahoma, ground shipping.

Placed an order with this company on the 16th of February. The parcel was shipped the following day and arrived at the U.S.A. hub on the 21st of February. Will comment on the quality and if the correct order has been received when it arrives in Panama.
