1 Star — Wrangler Has One of the Most Ridiculous Return Processes I've Experienced I've purchased clothing online from plenty of retailers, but Wrangler.com has managed to turn a simple return into a completely unnecessary hassle. I purchased five pairs of jeans and decided to return all five. Sounds simple, right? Apparently not at Wrangler. Instead of allowing me to select all five items and process one return, Wrangler made me: Select each pair of jeans individually. Select a return location separately for every single pair. Generate and print five separate return labels. Deal with what appears to be five individual shipments instead of one simple return. FIVE PAIRS OF JEANS. FIVE RETURN LABELS. ONE UNNECESSARILY COMPLICATED PROCESS. It's 2026. How does a major clothing retailer not have a convenient way to return multiple items from the same order? Customers should not have to spend extra time navigating repetitive return screens, wasting paper, and potentially packaging and shipping every item separately. It's almost as though the return process was designed to discourage customers from returning merchandise. I actually like Wrangler products, which makes this experience even more frustrating. A company with Wrangler's reputation should have a return process that respects its customers' time. My advice to anyone considering ordering multiple sizes or styles from Wrangler.com: Think twice. Returning them may be far more trouble than you expect. Wrangler, here's a simple suggestion: Allow customers to select multiple items, generate one return, and ship everything in one package. Your competitors have figured this out. I'd genuinely like someone from Wrangler management to explain why returning five pairs of jeans needs to be this complicated.

I wish I had known how hopelessly incompetent this outfit is regarding shipping. Part of my order has been sitting in either Dallas of Hutchins Texas since September 18. Shameful. They deserve to fail.

Worst shipping and return service ever! Shipping took a month. Since it took a month and we needed the jeans, we purchased them in Walmart. All items were totaling $55, did a return and only received $34. Why? Oh because Wrangler charges a return fee! Never ever ordering online with them again.

Placed my order on June 19, 2026. By July 2 my package was stalled in Dallas-never delivered. I waited the required 14 business days. Never received my order. Never received my refund. Never again!!

They send jeans that are a different size than the tags say and then charge $8 + for a restocking fee to return them!

Ordered a jacket from a supposed collab the did with Stranger Things back in December for my daughter. It’s now April, and still, no jacket!

Canadian shopper here. Don’t do it, just don’t put yourself through the aggravation. I order when the site said “free shipping” but they charged $39.68 for something and did not provide a detailed invoice. Then they decided to send the order in three separate packages. I received the first 10 days after ordering, and it had now been 18 days and nothing else. The shipper (Uniuni) has only an anonymous lying smartass responding to queries. Will I receive the goods? Who knows. I asked Wrangler for help but they have ignored me. Certainly won’t be buying their stuff again.
